Okay, I'll admit that Town Center at Boca Raton is not as bad as I first thought it was. I may not be coming here blowing my money, but I have been visiting a couple of stores a bit more frequently and there are a few more that have my interest to check out. There are new stores and restaurants opening soon at Town Center at Boca Raton with new stores including Christian Louboutin already open for business. Here's to many more visits.

We always park in the garage by Macy's in case it rains there's a covered walkway. Perfume staff were highly attentive trying to make a sale. Us gals made our way to MAC and the guys went to Starbucks to get all our drinks. It had a been a while since I'd been here so it was nice to walk through and see all the remaining stores and new ones.

University Commons was built in 2001 on 22.4 acres leased from FAU. The plaza is anchored by a very nice Whole Foods which is one of the most visited in the whole country. There is also Nordstrom Rack, Etiquette Boutique, T-Mobile, Bed Bath and Beyond, Shake Shack, J. Alexander's, and P.F. Chang's. I have been to this plaza many times throughout the years whether it was taking my daughter when she was a toddler to mommy and me play date at Barnes and Nobles, grocery shopping at Whole Foods, enjoying a quick meal at Shake Shack, or grabbing smoothies from Jamba Juice. The plaza has a large number of places to eat and it is the first place I think to go for a dinner before a Cinemark Plaza. It is hard to find a book store these days so it's especially nice that they still have the two story Barnes and Nobles where you can grab the latest best seller and a cup of coffee from the in house Starbucks. The plaza still looks as nice as the day it was built. The parking is a little wonky but there is plenty of it. Through the past 2O years University Commons as been a favorite spot to dine and shop in Boca.

The Fifth Avenue Shops are anchored by Publix with many other national retailers serving as junior anchors, including a McDonald's and a CVS, a Pet Supermarket, a GNC, a H & R Block, and an AT & T store. The tenant mix is mostly retail/restaurant but there is an office portion at the north end, on the second floor. There are a good choice of eateries in the mall including Asian fare, Indian fare, a sandwich shop and more, making it a very convenient place to shop and eat while spending a few hours in the area. Lots of parking in this modern shopping center.

The corner has the traffic light and there are no special lights dedicated for the shopping center entrances. It's pretty well landscaped as most South Florida shopping centers tend to be. That means there are places for people to be out of sight so be especially aware of your surroundings. That said, the shopping center is in very good condition with plenty of parking. The Plaza at Delray is home to an impressive lineup of anchor tenants such as Publix, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Rack Room Shoes, Ross Dress for Less, LA Fitness, Ulta, Michaels, CVS, Longhorn Steakhouse, IHop, Duffy's and as well as established local independent restaurants, personal services and some physician offices. So, this is a place where you can get some grocery shopping done after your workout.

Had no idea this store was here. What a nice surprise…read more Located on Federal Highway and Linton in a busy shopping center. Theres a Trader Joe's so parking may be a bit crazy on the weekends. The store is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. It's clean and bright and I found the assortment of women's clothes was much nicer than the Boca store. The shoe department was really good too. I ended up picking up a nice pair of sandals. The checkout line was long, but the police kept it moving and it went quickly. All in all it was a nice little shopping experience and I know I will be back.
