Clean and well maintained shopping center that has many of the high end and luxury brand stores like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Coach, Michael Kors and Tiffany & Company. If you prefer the lower tier but high end brand stores, you will find all the department stores like Neiman Marcus, Macy's, Bloomingdales and Saks Fifth Avenue. If you prefer boutiques, Town Center has Aritzia. Edikted and Altar'd State which are my daughter's favorite. Nice clean mall with a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

Mizner kind of checks the boxes for a variety of interests. It's a great place to walk around, people watch, eat, drink, get coffee, see a movie, bowl and do some shopping. They really do have it all. The plaza is beautiful, it kind of reminds me of a European boulevard, with all kinds of landscaping, fountains and eye catching decorations along the way. They even put in a gigantic garden chess set, which believe it or not, gets a lot of use. I also have to mention Mizner Park Amphitheater at the end of the street, which hosts a variety of events throughout the year, some free and some tickered big name acts. And when they have something going on they usually have a ton of food trucks and sometimes a community market as well. In 2025 they actually had Weezer play there which was totally awesome and a great time. Overall this is not just a great spot, it's a fantastic Community asset. Absolutely love it, five stars.

Metered parking is available along the streets and in front of businesses, with a 4-hour maximum limit. Metered rates are $2 per hour. Valet parking is available in specific locations (beside the main fountain, IPIC theater, and Eddie V's) for a fee. I found it interesting to walk throughout the park. Other businesses include The UPS Store, Massage Envy, Publix Super Market, Jersey Mike's Subs, West Boca Medical Center, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Menchies' Yogurt, Bank of America, Starbucks, and Fifth Third Bank. One of my favorite businesses is the new Skillets serving breakfast and lunch. There is a good mix of shopping, dining, and services. The property was built in 1985 but it was completely remodeled in 2010 when it was enhanced with a large Publix and a bougainvillea pergola with benches. A set of pillars signals your arrival into the plaza. It looks to be of the type of well manicured shopping centers you would expect to find in Boca Raton.

When I got to my car, it was heavily covered with dirt, dust, and leaves. My car had just been washed. I called Kimco Realty office to report it, and ask who was going to pay for my car wash and who was going to ensure these same Plaza landscapers quit this practice in the future? C.J. from Kimco called me back and said the landscaping company would be following up with me. Three 3 days later, no call. I will not be returning to this plaza for this reason. Parked cars in this plaza (or any others) should not be subjected to this.
