Maitel organized several tickets for me for a wedding in Beunos Aries, she followed thru on every detail! On the day of departure, Chaim immediately responded to my message as soon as I heard that our connecting flight was not leaving for at least 10 hours later. We quickly changed terminals and he got us new tickets by the time we got to the other terminal, except once we boarded we realized due to more delays we would miss our next connection. Chaim suggested to leave the plane which the attendants were offering and he booked us a whole other ticket. Knowing Travel CBS was there every step of the way made us turn crazy traveling just into an adventure. Thank you to all the staff who were behind the scenes and didn't let the challenges affect our marvelous stay in Argentina.

But, I definitely remember and know I purchased a 3-for-1 package including 2 resort stays for 3-4 nights and a cruise package for 5 nights with YN Travel. And I was definitely told that they will never expire. When I answered, this time no one hung up and I spoke to someone named Pam. She told me to update my package, pay $298 and it will never expire. It told her I think this is a scam and I'm going to look for the package I received. I put her on hold, found the email, but by then, she had hung up. Now I'm reading these reviews (which confirms my suspicions). Don't listen to these sales reps unless you feel like getting cheated.

Charged me over $600 and told me it was one time fee, then just pay tax and fee for cruise. But the tax and fee for cruise is over $500 too. Which they will never tell you that. But on their website the cruise for two is for $398. So how can tax and fee for $398 be over $500. This is fraud, I felt mislead. I have done time share tour before. I lived in Florida for 10 years. We sailed on the 7-day cruise to Key West and the Bahamas in April aboard the Margaritaville at Sea Islander, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The ship is absolutely beautiful, the food was excellent, the entertainment was fun, and every member of the staff we encountered was friendly and welcoming. We also thoroughly enjoyed our shore excursions, and the embarkation and disembarkation process was surprisingly smooth and easy, making the entire experience stress-free. If we lived closer to Tampa, we'd be booking a cruise on the Islander every month! Our first cruise turned out to be an unforgettable vacation, and I wouldn't hesitate to sail with Margaritaville at Sea again.

At 1st glance that ship was very clean and fresh. Plenty of smiling faces around and everyone was happy to be there. As per the usual we had to get acquainted with the ship and find our muster station. (that was easy) Now on to some food and drink. It was raining but we made the best of it and most did. Room time! Spacious and well kept. Large port window and the standard bedding. (We did NOT have a fridge!) We asked our porter and he said "it was broken so they removed it" WHAT!? Ok :( The club was great every night and the white party even better! This is a small ship but still a fun ship. I have a huge issue with Adam Travel agency located in Plantation, FL. I went to them to book…read moreticket for my 9- year's old daughter. She would fly by her self so she would require unaccompanied minor service. R. was the agent that I was talking to. She booked the ticket, she was making me sure that all is fine and my daughter can take that flight. I paid for the ticket and of course agency fee. Day before the flight I called the airlines just to make sure that they have all necessary information. I have been told that my 9-years old daughter can not travel on that flight, because they do not provide unaccompanied minor service on connected flights. I called Travel Adam immediately. R. said it is not possible, but after double checking with airlines she said it is true. She asked if I would fly with my daughter half way if she gives me a ticket. It was not an option because the same problem would be in the way back. So she called me back with bad news, that a part of the ticket if non-refundable and I would have to go with my daughter to don't loose money. Again it was not an option, I'm working too. Then she said that she spoke with airlines and I will get full refund, but It will take about 2-3 weeks. My daughter's school ended on June 7th, she should fly to Poland that day. We organized all summer for her over there with our family so we don't have to pay for daycare here. We can not wait that long time. I called airlines and they said that there is no refund and nobody from travel agency called them about that. I called Adam Travel and spoke with A., office manager. He said that there is nothing they can do and we should get that our money back from airlines up to 2-3 weeks. The airlines still stating that there is no refund pending. We are left with no money and no ticket!!! The Adam Travel agent booked the wrong ticket and now they are not taking any responsibility for that. Who will pay for the days off we had to arrange at work to take our daughter to the airport that day? Who will pay for the transportation for our daughter that was organized for that day? Who will cover the costs of daycare now? Where is our money? We even did not get back the agency fee!!!
