Hired Twins Stamp Concrete and Stone to add a 10ft 39; extension our current back patio concrete…read morearea, as well as a 3ft 39; x 5 ft39; slab next to our AC unit to place our trash and recycle bins on. The total time from the first contact to in-person consultation to install was only 32 hours. The work itself was done well, however, there were a number of shortcuts taken. First, the new concrete was not rounded at the edges properly; they left several serrated sections where it should have been shaved down. Second, they left our yard a mess with trash, concrete debris, and piles of earth. Third, the grass (seven-month-old sod) itself was torn apart and not put back correctly or at all. Fourth, they left both of our hoses on. While this may seem trivial, it just goes to show they were in a rush and did not close out the well on a high note. Last but not least, the customer service and general communication (so hard to get ahold of through text or by calling directly) with Twins Stamp Concrete and Stone is abysmal. When I asked him to come back out the day after, he ghosted me. I do not have to tell anyone how extremely unprofessional this is for a 15-year-old business. Honestly? Kind of shocking... So my wife and I spent our Saturday cleaning up their trash and re-seeding the yard. Not ideal, but you gotta do what you gotta do sometimes. Overall I would give them a 3/5 and would tell whoever is reading this to take great caution if you decide to hire Twins Stamp Concrete and Stone. Dishonesty and disappearing on an incomplete job is just poor form. UPDATE: 5/19/20 Gustavo (the owner) came out this morning and fixed everything. He was extremely pleasant and did an excellent job. I'm updating his review to five stars for the awesome customer service and being honest.
