We purchased (4) of the children's white t-shirts that turn to color in the sun. Z, (not sure on this spelling) was the gentleman who helped us out. We were pressed for time & in a big hurry. I purchased (3) mens t-shirts.There was one I got for my husband that referred to drinking & even though he only drinks non-alcoholic beer the shirt was very fitting. I purchased another one for my grandson, can't recall what was on it. I don't have the shirts in front of me. Z had shown me one of a drinking skeleton that I didn't care. He showed me another drinking one that I really liked. I was purchasing that one for someone in my family as a Christmas gift. I double checked my receipt before I left the area & I was charged for an extra shirt I didn't want. Z was gracious enough to oblige me & accepted the return. As we were driving a distance away I decided to look at all my items. I was so disappointed to see in my bag was a tee that Z showed me & I didn't like at all. It had on the back this big hugh medallion of Madeira Beach. I didn't care for the color of the shirt, what it said & the design. I've been calling the store but nobody picks up. I need something to be done so that I may get the correct shirt I wanted. I don't know if there's a way that I may contact you to see how this mishap maybe corrected. She was able to help us out and helped me look and find matching sets and clothes for my 3 kids. I also ended up buying soveniers to take back. Beach umbrellas are a real deal right now, less than the typical price leader of the beach stores, Wings. Other than that though... The store is smaller than the typical Surf Style store and downsizing has not gone well. Rather than reduce quantities of everything, it appears entire product lines are missing. For example, if shopping for a man's swimsuit they are about all the same except for color. Which means you could have any color of knee length swimsuit you want. Yes, that is the predominant style but there are still lots of men who would want something smaller. A sign on the building claims the biggest selection of women's mix and match swimwear. Well, there isn't all that much of it and it's more mix than match. I don't know if the display was created by someone who is pattern and colorblind or they bought some factory leftovers and then shuffled them. Buy some of the bargain priced beach umbrellas while you're there, and go somewhere else for the rest of your beach supply needs.

My guy found a great jacket, we checked out a vacuum I thought I wanted (too heavy) and then stopped in Sephora. It's a satellite store so it doesntt have a lot of variety. I did find a new color eyeliner (for me) in the brand that I like (less than the competitor). Unfortunately, the shade I tried and loved on my hand didn't work for me. I stopped back a couple of weeks later and found a color that was fantastic (60 day is their return policy). There was a 50% sale on selected prestige brands that day too. Checkout in Kohl's. The line was huge (black Friday) but it seemed to be going fast. An employee pointed out self-checkout - awesome. Five minutes and we were walking to the car. We will be going there again soon. Great point program too, BTW.

Amazon returns made easy: I showed the photo I took of the QR symbol Amazon sent authorizing the return, the gent behind the counter could not get a clear shot at it because I took a blurry photo. Fortunately, I also took a photo of the shipping label from my return email and the bar code there was readable with his device. His machine printed up a shipping label which he slapped on my package and then it printed up my receipt. The biggest problem with shopping online is returning the merchandise if it doesn't live up to expectations. Kohls makes Amazon returns simple, friendly, & easy.

Usually I look through home decor, toys, and toddler clothes / accessories. They also have great seasonal items for cheap if you are there around a holiday time. They are usually well organize and clean. They have clearly marked 'one-way' aisles for social distancing and they are mandating and enforcing mask wearing. You probably won't see an employee on the floor, as most are located at the register bay. They have one line for the registers, and usually have several open. Overall: A Great location with TONS of merch and low pricing.

On my trip today, I purchase just one dress shirt. He entered the store at 5:30, spent about 20 minutes looking at shirts and found one that I liked. Attempted to see what it may look like in a mirror; it is understandable that there are no dressing rooms during this time but one would think there might be a mirror and a clothing store someplace but apparently not. At 10 to 6 I walked over to the registers; there were just three people in front of me and three registers open. The next time I looked at the clock it was 608 when I started my car. I just think 18 minutes is a little too long to wait in line, especially given that I had just one item and paid cash. It was all so cute I had to walk out so I wouldn't keep looking. The people working were nice but definitely hovering a bit too much. Making a left back onto Park street to leave is difficult and the only other exit is a right turn only onto Bay Pines, headed to the beaches and Seminole.
