I told him what I was looking for and he searched for it too, but he couldn't find it either. He searched his inventory and found out that it was only available online. He helped me order it and had it shipped to my house. The salesman went above and beyond to help me out and made sure I was a satisfied customer. The icing on the cake was, the hoodie was on sale and free shipping! It was a great deal. The zip up hoodie was delivered 2 days later. It fit perfectly and looks great. The quality of the hoodie is great. It's very well made and very comfortable to wear. Great value all the way around.

He offered to help me put it in the car too. Very helpful. The store is severely understaffed. If you can find what you want and get it up front, you're OK. But it's very difficult to get help. One of the big things they have going for them is their firearm prices. For a retail store they have a decent selection with prices to match. Ammunition is also priced well. They don't have much for high end survival/camping/hunting gear but it is a retail department store, so for what it is, you have to love it.
