Still operating during covid. Limited occupancy, distancing and mask enforced. It's easy to also order online and pick up at store. Staff helpful.

I received this item yesterday, this is beyond disgusting and unacceptable. How can someone be able to return this item in store , and be sold to a customer.

    August work order.

Bought a bike for my son 19 months ago for Christmas... the first ride the shifter fell apart... I'm not going into all the torrid details... they have had the bike since I bought it with the exception of weeks... the last two times I went to pick it up the bike was not fixed... the last time was in August. It's been there and they haven't even called

Second visit to Dick's in Bee Cave today with the wife looking for gym related items. She picked out a new pair of shoes, knee braces, and a weight belt for her upcoming power lifting training. FINALLY, I don't have to do all the heavy lifting around the house, but the wife says I still have to kill all the bugs. While the wife shopped till she dropped, little Rooster and I ventured over to the putting green as we do in most sporting goods stores. No love for little boys from Dick's. All the putters were adult size; props to Golfsmith in the Arboretum area for keeping little putters readily available. We ventured over to the kid golf area and all the little clubs were packaged on the shelf without a demo present anywhere. Why in the hell would not encourage little ones by having options for them? Little Rooster made due with an adult model flirting with a nice lady as they played around the course for a good 20 minutes. I tried a few different models; but I have at least 5 putters in my closet. My thinking is if you can't hit the ones you have, I'm not willing to spend $200 just to prove the miracle 10 under par putter doesn't exist. We then ventured over to team sports with me preparing for our next stop HEB the day before Thanksgiving. Tried on some goggles, but a catchers mask might have been in order. Thing is I can't give more than two stars here; your letting the youth of fancy pants Lakeway down by not giving a potential future customer the option to try kids putters. A few staffers were friendly but I hate the point in the general direction when you ask where something is. "Oh, that's over that way". Gee thanks for the help. Our purchases this day aside, Ol' Rooster will spend his golf dollars at Golfsmith.

Love Dicks sporting good store. One great large store with everything you like for camping skiing, golfing, swimming ect. I admire the fact the place is surrounded with many nicely arranged items throughout. I graciously walked and found many items priced reasonably. One disappointing fact is that no sales people approach you and gee ,I have to hunt them down if I have any questions. I needed workout Nike's pants and found an anazing variety of different sets of combined colors. I also saw how prices are reasonable as well competitive of other atheletic stores in the same area of Hill Country Galleria. Parking no problem easy access. Another negative was a situation one of the exit doors was completely banned which is a fire hazard danger. One of the sales people told me why they completely blocked it because of theif. .....so I totally underetood but why not get a security person there instead? But not my problem but a problem in case of fire. I recommend but with caution. Happy Holidays and happy yelping!

IME, it is best to get work done after the hunting rush. Wait times get worse the closer you get to fall. Apr through Jul is usually best. I had a pistol Cajunized in the busy season and it took a little over a month. I took one in during mid-Spring, dropped it off at 11, and had it done same day by 4:30. The DA/SA are so much lighter and crisper. I have Cajunized one myself, so I know what is involved. It is surprisingly hard to find gunsmiths with experience Cajunizing, or with CZs in general. I guess it makes sense, they are far less common than Glocks, M&Ps, etc. I have had smiths tell me they do not work on CZs, or they say "we can do that, we'll figure it out," which is not comforting. Each time I came in, the associate at the counter brought me to talk to a gunsmith. He knew the order the parts go back in, that some jobs like the mag release are easier when everything is already apart, and that you have to remove the front sight pin to replace the barrel bushing. The sear cage is a nightmare to get back together, so I'm happy to outsource it. It's clear they do a bunch of them here, so it takes less time than me installing it or a smith doing it for the first time.

We didn't even see a price tag/ label for them on the shelves. I do work near this Target in Bee Cave, and saw they carried them in store. Maybe I'll have better luck at this location. Came to check them out. Finally found them. But they only had the enzyme dietary supplement. Which I'm just happy to see that they actually had them. But what I really wanted was their night time one. Sadly, they did not. And I checked to see if there was a place for them on their shelves. And I didn't see a place for them. Also on the Target website they show they are $13.99 but the store shows them $19.99 on sale for $18.99. So there's a whole mess up with these. They don't have the different ones, even though it shows they do. And the price is different. I'd much rather buy them from Target to try them out. Rather than the Alice website, as they want you to be a subscriber or you have to buy a 2 pack. If it doesn't work for me, why would I buy 2 at $59.00 plus shipping cost? Other than that. The store was quiet and clean. I'll keep checking back every so often.

So here is my take, the real true story now that they are permanent instead of temporary business. So they are now here permanently, Which is a big change. Before it wasn't a very pleasant place at 1 time they never had inventory and but now things have changed I ordered quite a few items online so I received my items which I love they fit perfectly and they are compression type of workout clothes. I truly believe that if you visit the store you will find what you're seeking. On the other hand the Manager, Karson, Is making a big difference and making a change at the new location. So when my order came in I noticed that 3 tops that I ordered along with several pants that were supposed to be matching except the color was off but they do accommodate you and get you the right shades that you're looking for. Gabby, was the sales person that assisted me and she was very friendly and walked right up to me because, most of the time when you walk at a yoga place no one is there to assist yo, plus never find your size small is always sold out.. So knowing that information I would definitely recommend this location, since they're now permanent not a fly-by-night property and business. The pants are very high quality they're made very well so you're getting a well, made product for not cheap but an average price for what you're paying for. They also have several sweatshirts that are very well made and high quality I think you would like them too.

I wanted to try on at home since sweaty from gym. Educator #176354 checked me out. 12/11/25 I went back to this Lululemon store to RETURN Groove pant and EXCHANGE align crop for 23 inch length. As I approached the register counter I emptied my bag telling girl I did not want $118 Groove pant and to exchange $98 Align for shorter length. She did an exchange as I went to get shorter Align length. Educator #175557 gave me my new receipt. When I got home I took out new Align pant of bag and looked at my EXCHANGE receipt and was concerned. Instead of given me FULL credit for Groove pant I returned and no longer had, she took price of Align pant $98 and deducted that from $118 Groove pant which left $20+ $1.65 tax totaled credit $21.65. She did NOT give me full refund for Groove pant. I checked my banking acct online and it showed that as well along with original purchase.I waited a few days and kept checking my online acct waiting to see if they saw their mistake and give me complete refund for $ 118 Groove pant, which they did not. 12/16/25 I go back to Lululemon store at HCG and went straight to check out counter. I began to explain what has happened, showed her my receipts and she refused to do anything. I returned the Align crop as well. I never kept anything. It was so obvious what they did that Stevie Wonder could've seen it. She told me to keep checking my bank account or to call " guest services" with the number she wrote on price of paper to call. I told her there's a problem and you owe me refund full price amount of Groove pant I returned 12/11. She goes on to say " we don't have your Groove pant", basically accusing me of stealing. Conversation got loud and I asked to speak to a manager please. She said she was the manager. I asked her for her name. She would not tell me and told me to " Leave Her store!". She is Educator #154718. I got in my car and called Lululemon guest services and spoke to them over 45 mins. A case # was opened up. Got home and forgot I had Lululemon app on phone so I opened it up and my acct showed items purchased and 1 item returned in 12/11 which was the $118 Groove pant that I was accused of stealing and never was fully refunded. Lululemon guest services followed up with me and saw what transpired and they issued me proper refund credit I was due. They apologized and offered to give me a $150 gift certificate which I thanked them for and told them I would not be going back to that store. Educator #154718 is not manager material. She's more of an unhappy , egotistical person that lacks basic customer service skills. And yes, this customer was RIGHT!! Good riddance!!

I just want to say, they are off of 620, so you think it would be easy to find. But it's a little bit of a maze. The parking lot right in front is somewhat small. But there is some parking to the side of the building before you drive to the front of the building. They also have handicap parking spots available too. I did take a video of the parking lot. As you enter, to the left is women's clothing. On the right is beautiful dish ware sets. Towards the back they have hand bags, and kitchen ware. In the back right corner is books and in the middle on the right is kids clothing and men's. They do have a lot of jewelry in the middle, and that's where the cashiers are to check out customers. Places like this seem like they move inventory pretty quickly. So if you see something, buy it up. Might not be there the next time. I bet they get a lot of new inventory often. (Although I don't know for sure) Racks are pretty organized by size.
