For a young entrepreneur Spence has a great handle on customer experience and it shows when he was interacting with the kids. He explained everything and made the kids feel comfortable with all the gear. He even wiped the gear down with an antiseptic wipe between each kid. The staff have always been very kind and knowledgeable, so their hiring and training is on point. We had Maxine as our host and she was wonderful. Once in a while there maybe a glitch for a player but it isn't frequent, and that's just how technology goes. That's not really anyone's fault. The staff always fixed the glitch quickly. Most of the games are geared toward older kids (and adults) but they do have 2-3 games for younger ones. Booking online is the easiest. But if you're too late for your game, you won't be able to play because the game time cannot be shortened and you will create a backup for other customers. Highly recommend you come 15 min early to check in and get outfitted. Bring your own water bottle. You will get sweaty. If you forget your water, they sell refrigerated water for $4.

Not sure why we couldn't play then if we were the only ones playing anyways. We rebooked for later the same day after dinner and arrived 30 mins early. It turns out we need to sign waivers and prep time before playing. This should have been basic information given to us or at least let us know we should arrive earlier than your booked time in order to play. Just thinking logically I would want clients to prefill these out prior to their reservations. This would create less friction at start time. The crew setting us up for playtime were very helpful though and after playing they gave us a nice recap experience of our game. This was a nice touch but I wish they would have told us how the photos would be used more clearly. I wasn't even ready when taking my photo and halfway through a blink. The kids liked the game play but adults didn't have a good time. It was dizzying and exhausting to play for me and my wife and $50 a person for such an experience seems high. Would probably stay away and try to convince my kids to do the same.

I'm now part of the weekly league races and the community is fantastic. Jason has worked hard to make sure the racing is competitive and fair. All skill levels are encouraged to try and improve handling and track awareness to work up the league ranks (currently 3 formulas and endurance teams for iRacing special events like Daytona, Spa, Nurburgring). The shop has 10 rigs, all of them run iRacing and I believe they have all been outfitted with MOZA bases and pedals which are very svelte compared to my Fanatec DD at home. It's very beginner friendly and some days you'll also meet community members who help out around the shop. I decided to try out Sim Racers Group to get prepared for a race I was going to be driving on a…read moretrack I'd never set foot on before and I wanted to get a feel for the track layout. I was prepared to learn a lot about the track and get some practice in over the months before my race. What I wasn't prepared for was the community I would become a part of as a result of spending an evening getting to know the track. I have become a regular in the leagues and endurance team events, the F1 watch parties, and my personal favorite: Motorsports Christmas (F1 at Monaco, Indy 500, followed by Sim Racing). The ownership continue to reinvest in the sim rigs and has upgraded wheelbases and pedals since I started coming in. I have built a sim rig at home with help from Sim Racers Group and am constantly discussing upgrades with the staff. Even though I have a rig of my own I still enjoy coming into the Sim Racers Group for league racing and special events. If you're at all interested in Sim Racing, come in and run some laps at your favorite track and learn some tricks from Jason, he's super knowledgeable about sim racing as well as motorsports in general.
