When you walk in, you register with your name and they call you into the room. You put sensors on your wrist and ankles. The orientation is pretty thorough. Then you are outfitted with goggles and a headset. The experience is so interactive! I was scared and I didn't realize I was screaming. I felt so bad for my friends when I saw the video afterwards. I really got into the game and ended up having the most kills lol. I also really like the video they give you afterwards of the experience. I highly recommend it for a teambuilding or party.

Our team had an added game during a tournament, and Scott allowed us flexibility with the party start time. He also helped us to sort extra food for our group, and it was super easy to add additional kids to the initial amount we'd confirmed. The space is clean and well maintained. The staff seem to be mostly teens, but they were more attentive and friendly than other places. Overall, it's a great local space for kids parties, and everyone loved it!

We tried Diablo Escapes and it was a fun experience. I've done physical escape rooms before, but…read morethis was my first VR escape room experience. Our game was the pirate themed Depths of Osiris (check out the preview vids on YouTube), and it was perfect for a team of an adult and two ten year olds. My boys had no trouble getting used to the VR gear they had to wear for the experience (a headset and two hand controllers - it was their first time). We had to cooperate to solve each room's puzzle to unlock a new room. Eventually, we got to the final scenario which was exciting and really required us to collaborate. The puzzles were well constructed and mostly understandable from a logic perspective. The graphics and sound were pretty decent (it's not super-high res like Cyberpunk) and matched the gameplay perfectly. We got some timely tips from the game master too, and cleared the puzzle with about a minute left on our 45 minute timer. The facilities are super clean and well maintained. They also have snacks and drinks which are nice to make the visit special for younger kids. My sons want to come back, and I do too. I also heard they are adding a physical escape room, so definitely something to look forward to.

We hired VR-XP for our son's 14th birthday and the kids had a blast. VR-XP brought in all equipment and did the setup in about 20 minutes. The kids had a blast. For a young entrepreneur Spence has a great handle on customer experience and it shows when he was interacting with the kids. He explained everything and made the kids feel comfortable with all the gear. He even wiped the gear down with an antiseptic wipe between each kid. Would highly recommend supporting this local young-man owned business
