Waited four months to get a walker and it ripped within the first week I thought that was unacceptable. I hardly used has the manager failed to provide adequate or even but equipment itself was crap. You cannot access this except for one ramp that actually on both dangerous to use for handicap people. How can a mobility equipment store that services handicap people be inaccessible or dangerous to access in a wheelchair and still be meeting legal to operat? when I tried to tell the staff about my struggle to get into the facility, a very young employee noted that they bought the business that way in a very rude manner as if she was personally responsible for it, and took offense at me being struggling to get into the building. This is unacceptable for a business that specifically sells mobility equipment for handicap people or people with injuries.
