Ample communication. They sent out reminders of the cleaning session via text to me, and actively communicated about possible alternative time slots for the session. Always a plus to communicate well with your clients, since it lends a feeling of being responsible. 2. Very good cleaning. A cleaning service can't possibly be good without good, well, cleaning, and I can vouch for them in this category. They revitalized my (filthy) bathroom and kitchen in a mere 2-hour session. All wall surfaces were left white and shiny. The toilet, the sinks, the countertops, etc... were like new after their cleaning. They even went the extra mile to clean the top of my tall fridge/microwave set up. They did not have time to deep clean my living room/bedroom (not that I intended for them to do), but they left my carpet very clean with some quick vacuuming. They called to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. They explained the process in detail and I didn't really have any questions or concerns. In and out in about an hour. Courteous, friendly, and most importantly, they did an excellent job. They were able to get some very tough stains out of my carpet. Price is fair and very much worth it. Will do business with them again.
