He's uneducated and really never has a solution or can tell you what's wrong. I feel that's why he never will talk about your lab results because he can't understand them. He always googles your symptoms shoot I can do that. He never can keep nurse assistants long bc they say he is hard to work with and now I understand. If you choose this location please go with the two new African Americans who just got hired on within the last 3-4 months. Just be warned and listen to the reviews. I reached out to the office via phone and my chart messaging regarding communicating my results via phone due to circumstances that prevents me from an in person follow up. I have communicated my circumstances several times. I received a response Today from a supervisor who informed me that a phone call is not acceptable. When was communicating via phone not acceptable? I received my results and I understand them. Where is the empathy and understanding? Customer service? I understand the preference for an in person visit but that does not work for me and that was communicated several times. A 7am appointment does not work as well due to school bus schedule. This is not a fight I wish to have with my new provider. My health is very important to me, this experience is a very bad one for me. Taking a hard stance as opposed to be accommodating and helpful is not a good approach at all.

This week the pharmacy began calling them on Tuesday and I called them on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday to request two refills. I also left voice messages and messages on their Epic system MyChart. They close at 1:00 on Fridays but I still have not heard from them so it will be next Monday at the earliest before the medicine can be refilled. So I will go at least 5 days without my medicines before they are refilled.

The follow up for the procedure I had with him was quick & painless. After check ins, the nurse prepped me mentally and physically for the procedure. She was very professional and kind, definitely the kind of nurses we want to engage with. Dr. Petit's execution of the surgery was less than 10 minutes and painless. I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes or less; amazing! No issues with pain or problems post procedure; testament to Dr. Petit's skill. Only thing the office can do better is follow ups on what they say. I need to do a follow up ten days post surgery and I've called few times. Apparently nurses are the ones who schedule you to see the doctor and I've been told numerous times I would get a call back. Even after leaving voice mails, I never got a return call, so the support team there can do better in communication. Overall, 3.5 star experience and highly recommend Dr. Petit at Northeast Dermatology.

Wait time in the waiting room was about 50 min but there were 4 people ahead of us. Vitals took all of 7 mins. Since sitting in this room I have yet to hear a doctor go to any of the surrounding rooms but I've heard the nurse putting people in each one (these walls are super thin). For this to be what some would see as a hospital extension these rooms are far from clean as previous reviewers have commented as well. I get it it's sick season but these wait times are highly unacceptable when you're sick. Doctor finally came in all she did was check things off a list and prescribe antibiotics so I'm guessing no flu.

She's said for Hippa reasons I have to close it. I told her to go sit her fat ass down somewhere and to leave my door open. There's no privacy here anyway. The walls are paper thin , you can hear through them. This place is disgraceful. It's a jail!!!!!
