We see the long hours, the care, and the patience. And we want her to know it never goes unnoticed. The teachers create a positive, welcoming environment where the girls feel supported and motivated. My daughters have not only improved on their techniques but have also built meaningful friendships and become much more confident. I FELL IN LOVE WITH CATHERINE, CARL AND AUNTIE SHARON, AND, CJ, THEIR SON. We performed all over. Competed at Tahiti Fete, 3 yrs. In 99 we won our division. Total excitement. This was a great group of caring people. Never saw anger, or rudeness from anyone. Would love to go back, even at my age, 83, still can move the old hips. Listen to Hawaiian music all the time. He is really passionate about drama and high performance. Since he is a full-time Elementary school teacher, he really knows how to get the best out of these kids. After every performance we are totally awed by the enthusiasm and perfection of the whole team. This was supposed to be a celebration of San Ramon's kid's achievements. Politics??? Really? Politics weren't what these parents were here for. More importantly politics are not appropriate when the kids are too young to have strong discernment between what their teachers are telling them to say and what they are seeking to understand and cultivate for themselves. Because they're kids and they're getting a cool opportunity to perform, they might even be too intimidated to refuse to say it ...which is straight up exploitation. School of Rock: please don't manipulate our kids that way, stay in your lane. Parents: be advised that you will not be your child's only moral influence when you send them to this music school. They don't just grow talent. They tell them what to believe and you might not agree.

This was her first production outside of middle school, and she absolutely loved everything about the experience -- the directors, the supportive and welcoming environment, the incredible energy of ICDT!, and the kindness of the other students and families. On top of that, ICDT! was incredibly generous in providing our family with a tuition scholarship, which allowed my daughter to have this truly memorable experience. Thank god for this studio…read more I "retired" from dance and gymnastics about 5 years ago or so. I was always nervous to go back. Afraid I was too old. Afraid I wouldn't be good enough anymore. Afraid I wouldn't have time etc. etc. This place is so welcoming. It really has a family feel. A lot of the kids, adults and teachers have been there for years and they are more then open to allowing others join the fam : ) I feel good about myself because of the encouragement I have received from Nichole and Byron (tumbling and jazz teachers) They are fun and make coming after a long day of work exciting for me. It's nice to feel that I have nothing to be afraid of anymore, a lot in due part to the environment, schedule and variety of classes offered.
