I recently saw an old email from them and I decided to reach out. Rachel, the new owner, called me that same day and expressed how sorry she was that happened. She offered for me to have another birthday workshop and she did not charge the people that signed up last year. She even bought pizzas and salad for the celebration. She went well above and beyond. Rachael (the owner) was super responsive and patient with my delayed responses (it was difficult to corral RSVPs/get an accurate headcount, haha :( ). We had a 2-hour time-slot and got links to choose our own individual projects that also included a space to ask who we'd like to sit next to during the event (was a nice touch, hehe). She checked in with me on whether we were celebrating anything/anyone and if there was any type of music we'd want/not want to listen to as well. There are a ton of different projects available -- I decided to do a floral tray, but there were keyracks, wooden signs, picture "frames" and more to choose from. We started off by sanding down our projects, then chose our own stains + the paint colors for the project. The staff goes through everything step-by-step and they prepare the stencils for you. We were able to bring our own food + they offer water/soft drinks/alcoholic beverages for a separate cost. (You can also BYOB + pay a corkage fee.) I appreciated the consideration and all the personal touches. It was a great stress relief and really fun to get to gather together to just create things. :] Thank you so much again for ensuring we all had fun despite everything going on!

Our instructor Will was very helpful, super charismatic & outgoing personality! Our bartender Laney was amazing, shout out to her for all the drinks! The mini bar menu has many options you will definitely find something up your ally. You can drink as much as you want or not drink at all. You are also welcomed to bring snacks with you to eat if needed. My cousins & I really enjoyed the step by step paint and sip night. Our instructor Will moved at a great pace really making sure his students could follow along, very beginner friendly. I hired Kyoko for face painting and balloon twisting for my daughter's 5 year old birthday party…read more I originally only booked her for 2 hours but I decided to hire her for the entire length of the party when after 2 hours, there was still a line of kids waiting to get a balloon or their face painted. During the party, guests kept asking me where I found her as they were amazed at the beauty and detail of her face painting art. Some guests were also interested in hiring her for their future events. Her balloon twisting skills were also amazing. She created a pair of angel wings that some of the girls wore thruout the party. The kids all loved having her there and she was very patient with the kids. Thank you, Kyoko for helping make the party so much fun!

I took my kids back in Jan 2022 to give Global Art a try. Thought I'd left a review but realize I…read moredidn't as I was sorting photos. My boys had expressed an interest in art classes for homeschool. It was amazing to see what they could do on a first visit here and both were so excited with their results. We were greeted warmly and I was presented information in a straight forward and easy to understand manner while my boys went off to class. My boys are both age 12 and liked the set up for learning, the options of the different plans and types of art they could choose from and the instructors were all warm and helpful. As someone with chemical sensitivities, one of the instructors there was heavily fragranced and I had difficulties staying for too long.. For me, that was the only downfall as my kids don't particularly like being around strong fragrance either, though they don't have the reactions to it that I do. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. You can choose from different plans and frequencies. The times ultimately didn't work out for us with baseball practice and the 20+ min drive from Livermore, but continue to consider some of the camps they offer and they will attend if it works into our schedule.
