There have been multiple situations involving delayed responses to emergency work orders, including issues with no HVAC and concerns requiring immediate attention. Instead of receiving timely assistance, there have been delays in processing requests, entering work orders into the system, and getting updates. There have also been instances where calls were ended abruptly instead of concerns being addressed professionally. A special thank you to Isabella, who has been the exception. She has been amazing--responsive, helpful, professional, and genuinely concerned about resolving issues. She is the type of representative who shows what good customer service should look like. Unfortunately, the overall experience with the Atlanta office has not reflected that same level of care. Better communication, faster response times for emergencies, and improved handling of resident concerns are needed.
