I submitted my estimate that I received from an Auto Body shop and they said they don't want to fix my car, for that price (around $3,000) but offered me $1000. They said the price is too high... I told them Tesla told me to take it to a Tesla Certified Auto Body shop, and that is what I did, the closest to my house... I told them I will take it to another shop, but that's all I can do because I've already taken the car to Tesla and a Tesla Certified body shop and they told me the price is too high and they would only offer me $1,000. 1K will not fix my car. That's an insult. I'm not an auto body guy, but when they dropped my car off the flatbed, both my side fenders broke, my undercarriage parts are broken, my front bumper does NOT align with my fenders and headlamps anymore... I'm sure there's internal pieces broken because it is LOOSE AND I CAN HEAR IT... As of now, my car is still damaged. It seems like they DON'T WANT TO USE INSURANCE and THEY ARE LOW BALLING ME... I don't understand it, but THEY ARE NOT RIGHT how they are handling this... $1000, is NOT GOING TO FIX MY CAR. I will need to follow through with AAA, and now with my insurance... and if worse comes to worse file a lawsuit against them. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE for them. VERY SHADY. I tell him I do not feel comfortable driving my car home, and told him that I want a tow. He insists that it will make it to my house, and refused to give me a ride. So me thinking thinking it was okay to trust a tow company that AAA sent me, I started driving. On the 57 freeway northbound right as the 91 joins, my car overheats and turns off. So I had cruise off of the freeway. Now my car is smoking and leaking a bunch of fluid. So I call AAA back. And they tell me I have to wait until 5am to get picked up. So another tow company gives me a tow and informed that the California Roadside Service should have just gave me the tow, like I asked, and not pour water into my engine. So I contact AAA and informed them of all of this. California roadside service told me that they were going to ask their tow truck driver what happened. Of course he lies and claims there was a male helping me. And they refused to fix my car.

Because of these issues, I have been unable to retrieve my car for 10 days. I drove to the address listed online (174 W. Lincoln Ave, Unit 532, Anaheim, CA 92805), but it appears to be a UPS Store with a mailbox rather than a customer service office. On the first day, I was told I could pay an additional $300 or wait because they were "busy." Based on my experience, I did not believe they were actually that busy, and I felt pressured to pay the extra fee to get faster service. I plan to contact Toyota Financial to report my experience, as this company is one of its third-party contractors. I also intend to file a complaint with the California Attorney General's Office: https://oag.ca.gov/consumers and other government organizations, too. I believe both the contractor and Toyota Financial should review these business practices and ensure customers are treated fairly. If you are considering using this company, I encourage you to research them carefully and read customer reviews before making a decision. I hope the appropriate authorities investigate these issues so other consumers do not have the same experience. I can't even get my belongings from my car, and my phone is inside the car too, so I can't receive calls.
