The person on the phone also informed us about the operating hours, which I appreciated since my husband could not be patient enough and wanted to get the car immediately. The location is quite hard to locate, as we must enter a narrow path on the side of another building (5455). The office is at the end of that pathway with no parking, and we communicated with the lady through a metal gate. We provided the driver's license, credit card (4% fees), and key fob since the other documents were in the car. We read and signed the paper to release the vehicle. It took about 5 minutes for the whole process. Though it was not a pleasant experience, if your car is towed, you could bring another person to help handle the situation, as you would probably be stressed out and agitated. It would be good not to vent to the cashier lady -- as she was not the one who calls and tows your car. If you are not at fault, talk to the property managers or bring it to court.

How EXACTLY do the tow truck drivers validate who is and isn't a customer? Anyone can buy something from them, and decide to eat at a restaurant in the same plaza. It's more valid for the sign to say "no parking between 9pm-7am" or something like that. The fee for my friends to get back their car was $695. That's outrageous. They know people don't have any other choice if they wanna get their car back, so they charge so much. Literally holding the people hostage and the cars for ransom. The tow truck driver actually had a bandana covering his face. Now, I know that ain't for covid protection coz the job isn't high risk dealing with big crowds and such. They know they are criminals! After waiting approximately 2 1/2 hours, the driver, Giovanny, finally arrived. However, he was transporting another person and another vehicle in the tow truck, which appeared to divide his attention and delay service. When we arrived at my property, Giovanny stated that he was not going to place the vehicle in a safe location because having Auto Club tow a vehicle to a residence was "just a courtesy." This was both unprofessional and concerning. During the tow, he left the vehicle sitting in the middle of the road, creating an unnecessary safety hazard. When I attempted to discuss my concerns with Giovanny, he dismissed us instead of addressing the issues. He then provided me with the phone number of the assistant manager. Unfortunately, when I called to explain what had happened, the assistant manager became defensive and appeared offended that I was trying to communicate my concerns rather than listening and working toward a resolution. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. The excessive wait time, misinformation about the towing agreement, unsafe handling of the vehicle, and dismissive attitudes from both the driver and the assistant manager reflect a serious lack of professionalism and customer service. I expect this matter to be investigated and for appropriate action to be taken to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

Typically we can change our own tire, but after having service done recently the lug nuts were just on way too tight. Anyway, he quoted me $89 to have someone come out. I gave him my EXACT location, along with two very prominent landmarks. He said the subcontractor would be to me in about 45 minutes. After an hour the contractor calls me to tell me he was sent to the wrong address and would be another 30 minutes. He also informed me that they wanted to charge me an additional $40 due to the address error. But I was certain I gave them the correct location, and I knew for sure because it was engraved in the storefront sign, 5 feet away from me. At this point I'm annoyed, so I call the tow company to hopefully remedy the situation. This guy took NO accountability for HIS mistake and instead tried pinning it on me for providing the wrong location. He was rude, condescending, and snarky (which just pissed me off more). He then said that my options were to pay the extra $40 fee or pay the $89 to cancel. Yeah, no, sorry! Why should I pay the extra fee for your mistake, especially after waiting over an hour?! And that's not even the worst of it. After explaining to him that I often work from my phone and how my calls are recorded, I offered to try getting a copy of it to forward over to him, proving that I didn't give the wrong address. I also told him if he tried to charge me the $89 I would forward it to my bank as well and dispute the charge. He then sighed and asked if he could place me on hold. A few minutes go by before he returns and says " congratulations snowflake, you got your way!" before hanging up in my ear. So not only was he completely unprofessional and rude, I am almost certain that he was trying to take advantage until he was backed into a corner. Stay away from this company unless you have money to throw out the window and A LOT of patience
