We were initially quoted $715 for release, which was later reduced to $600. Even after reduction, the pricing still felt excessive and unreasonable for a same-day tow where the vehicle was held for a very short period of time. Although the breakdown of fees (tow, storage, labor, and additional charges) was explained, the total cost felt inflated for the situation. The amount charged for what was essentially a same-day tow felt disproportionate and exploitative given the urgency and lack of time the vehicle was in their possession. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, we were then told their credit/debit card system was "down" and that only cash or Zelle would be accepted. This eliminated the ability to use a credit card and forced immediate payment without standard consumer protections. The combination of high, inflated-feeling fees and restricted payment options made the entire experience feel coercive and unprofessional. I strongly recommend anyone dealing with this company to confirm all fees in writing and verify acceptable payment methods in advance before going to retrieve a vehicle.
