A very sweet women gave me my after care instructions and followed up with me the next day to make sure I was still feeling good (which I was of course). They really care about their patients here. An appointment for a retreatment of a failed root canal ( by another endodentist ) was held for me for the very next day. Dr. Dow found the 'hidden' root that was infected ( and missed by another practice). Everyone associated with this group is compassionate and your comfort is their primary concern. I have received follow up phone calls asking how I am doing, Should I need another root canal in the future ( not on this tooth now ) I will only go to Dr. Dow.

They could not get my mouth numb and kept on drilling . I finally said no more . my mouth at this point was throbbing. She ordered me an anabiotic and still had me pay half of the appointment and was told to come back in a few weeks. I never thought that I would pay $1700 for a procedure and be sent home as uncomfortable as I was. I let them know that I was still in pain and I was told call back tomorrow and maybe they can get you in $1700.
