I had called the day before to cancel because I wasn't able to get a sitter for my two very young children. The office manager was so kind, insisting I keep the appointment and that the staff would look out for them. At first I resisted, simply because they are really little and can be a handful. But I soon relented and arrived the next day with my 1 & 4 year olds in tow. The entire staff ooo'ed and aww'ed at them, saying "oh they are just angels!" the whole time. And honestly, they were very well behaved (they save all the mischief for us at home!). But my point is, the staff was as extremely kind; offering to help a busy mom and just performing a kind deed to a person--expecting nothing in return. I love the staff, the clinic is always spotless, their dental work is great -- we are definitely lifers. And I will be dropping the kids off for daycare with them on a regular basis now :) juuuust kidding! Highly recommend!

After watching the kids grow up going to Dr Neal, I finally took my own turn in the seat and it was a night and day difference for me compared to what I had experienced when I was younger. I have had pain with Novocain before this was extremely painful so much so that my arm reflexively went to push him away. So I got scolded and when I said it hurt really bad like I never have experienced before he was very blasé stating something like " oh well that means I got the money shot. Right where we want it." ( I had to get a couple of fillings several years ago and just recently had to get a mouth guard to help me quit grinding my teeth.) My parents have been coming here over 20 years and switched me over when I was a teenager. I have seen Frank, Rebecca and Lee numerous times of the years and I just met their new Dentist, Patrice. They all are wonderful and do a great job!! I never have any issues getting in to see them. Currently, I am seeing a great dental hygienist, I think her name is Darleta?? Either way she has been great and before her I saw Sharon a lot. She was also awesome. Their office has plenty of parking, it's beautifully decorated. Has comfy seating. They have guest WiFi too.
