I signed a settlement for 25,000 March 3 2026 which was well within 90 days which would make there percentage to take 33.33%, but due to them not filing paper work to the hospital for my bills my case extended another 30 which allows them to take 40%, which after medical bills and there cut all I got was 3,000, out of 25,000,and sweetlawers took 10,000.I got proof from the hospital that sweetlawers never filed my paper work intentionally just to collect a bigger percentage.

Terrible service, communication, lack of empathy, did not represent me well during my SS appeal…read morehearing. The person who represented me was not Kiel Roeschke, it was a lady whom I only spoke to one or two times prior to my hearing. I did not feel like she knew my case well and was not comfortable with her. I asked her what would happen if we lost the appeal and she made it sound like it wasn't a big deal she would just reappeal to a group of judges, which would no longer involve the commissioner. She was terrible during the hearing. I was denied and she refused to appeal. Instead, she tried to tell me I had misunderstood what she said. A few days later, I received a letter stating the firm would no longer represent me.
