I made and an appt for my daughter and i before her wedding. once we arrived we could not do the pedi & mani at the same time. okay, we have no time to go anywhere else-just do it. the pedi was painful! she massaged the calf bone-ouch! i was mad at myself for not mentioning it on my first leg so i had to grimace through the next leg. the mani was rough. after buffing my nails he started to paint & dip-i asked if he was going to do my cuticle and he said that's after the paint/dip, well, it wasn't. i watched someone next to me getting the same dip, having her cuticle done before the dip. they were rushed, rude and overall a bad experience. we will not be back, nor would we ever recommend. i dont like having to write a bad review -but it was SO bad! read more

I called for a last minute gel manicure and regular pedicure for myself and my bestie. They said they couldn't do us at the same time but were able to accommodate both of us today. I had a gentleman start on my hands. He was fast! But so good, my cuticles were clean the nails were done with such precision I was amazed. He got my old gel off, got my hands fully done with a hand massage in about 40 minutes. He also did my pedicure, same thing. Super precise and efficient but if I had any concern through both services he accommodated me and adjusted what he was doing for what I asked. If I lived local I would totally become a regular. Sadly this was the worst mani/pedi I've ever had. I'm only leaving this review to try and save another from a supper disappointing experience. -technician was not nice -technician didn't listen to my request to make my nails round 3x, I just gave up after that -technician was not skilled: nails not smooth, not even in length or even shape and nowhere close to round -paint left on my skin Experience was uncomfortable and awkward. Honestly could not have been more disappointed. :/ read more

So glad I found Sandy nails because I will now make a point to schedule all my appointments here. I have now had 2 positive experiences with both manicures and pedicures. My appointments actually started on time! And my nails looked great! I have to remember to bring cash for tips as they can't be added on to credit cards, but other than that, no complaints! This location has been so busy with the holiday season but the team here makes sure to work with customers to try and help everyone. I had to be scheduled for a different day than what I called for but they were able to see me and did a great job. I returned to Sandy nails after an awesome first experience three days ago to celebrate my 50th birthday. I brought 6 people in for full mani/pedis and spent nearly $400 with 30% tips. They had been sweet and accommodating and I was excited to find my new go-to place. My only disappointment was that my mani was a little uneven where the polish only reached the sides of my cuticles for one of the two coats. So I returned three days later to pay (no complaints) for a polish change. I booked an appointment, walked in and no one acknowledged me. People were rude and put out when I could not find a color my friend had gotten a few days ago. They threw a couple of colors my way that weren't the right one and got annoyed and told me, "you just look." Wearing a mask I thought maybe they did not remember me from a couple of days before. Sandy said she did, but apparently she didn't care. You need to treat good customers with respect. I'm loyal to the core with three daughters under 21 and I tip VERY well. You do not deserve my business and I will not return! read more

Quite possibly the worst Mani / Pedi either my partner or myself have ever had. At least his manicurist was nice enough - the one who worked on me treated me like I was a non-living object. Not only was she on her phone the entire time and talking nonstop (to whomever), but she refused to make eye contact, and was so lazy that she also refused to change sides during the manicure, happy to clip, file, and drip water on my clean pants. In the end the nails were so uneven that I just clipped them myself after I left. This alone wouldn't be worth my writing a bad review, but both of our pedicures ended with such a painful scrub on our feet and legs that we had to tell both women to stop. Our feet are still scratched up today, and my woman left gobs of scrub all over my calves. Nice! read more

I'm usually one to do my own nails but I wanted to treat myself so I went to Sandy Nails for a pedicure. I enjoyed my visit and my pedicure turned out great! I will definitely return since the guy who did my pedicure did such a great job. I highly recommend this nail salon! My mom and I came here for my wedding nails and they did an amazing job!! I got French tips for my toes and fingers and they looked amazing! They did start peeling a little bit after a week and a half, but I absolutely loved this place. So kind and did exactly what I wanted. Would absolutely recommend them. read more

I went in with an appt. and was seen right away for my pedicure. Place was clean , staff friendly. My half hour basic pedicure included exfoliation scrub and lasted almost an hour. Injured. Went for two pedicures. My mom had a older man and he used a small sander thing for nails. He used it on the tips and sides of the toes. She told him it hurt but he didn't lighten up and before she could ask him to stop again he gouged her. We know these things happen but the way he reacted was what upset us. He ignored it as my mom kept asking him to stop so she could see the damage. He put her foot back in the water which hurt more. We asked for antibiotic and bandages but he didn't get it nor did he ask the manager ask for help. We spoke to another worker and asked for antibiotics. Finally they put blue stuff on it and that stopped the bleeding. The guy was subbed out for another women. We received a mild apology from the guy who did it but no one asked if she was alright and she was still charged full price. giving one star because my lady was good, not great and she forgot part of the pedicure I paid extra for. Not usually one to leave reviews, but I had a terrible experience. The woman who did my manicure (Kim) went very quickly and skimped on every part of the manicure - ended up very chunky looking by the end. My cuticles were not pushed down and cleaned up properly and she simply painted over the bottom cuticle that was still apparent when she applied the polish. I asked her to clean up a few things and she rolled her eyes, sighed, and made me feel as if I was asking for something so out of this world. My pedicure was definitely better, but there was still some polish left on my skin around the nail. Will not come back. read more

Went here for pedicure while on vacation. The gentleman who did my BASIC pedicure did a fantastic job, even adding features from the deluxe pedicure such as hot towel wrap and a fabulous leg and foot massage. I must say I have never had such a good pedicure! Really took their time and didn't rush me through. Also appreciated the extra time he spent pushing back and thoroughly removing cuticles, as well as a terrific scrub on callouses and even between toes! Went with my daughter for pedicures and hers lasted significantly less time than mine even though we got the same thing. Seemed like he was very quick with her and didn't even use all of the product that was supposed to be included in the "pearl spa" pedicure. It was supposed to last 45 minutes and lasted more like 20. I've been here twice. The first time I went the only thing I was impressed with was my massage from my pedicure. Other than that my nails looked like a five year old painted them and the bottom of my feet weren't properly attended to. I had hopes that the second time I went I would have a better experience because I did like their menus for their pedicures. I went in shortly after they opened and on their door it says in big writing "walk-ins welcome". I was turned away when I walked in and told I needed an appointment. Oh well, their loss.
