Started on me at least 5+ mins after I came as I was laying waiting in the room for a while. Afterwards, said "1 hour finished." When I checked the time it was 6:59pm. So I paid $100 for maybe 45-50 minutes depending on what time they actually started. Massage itself was okay enough. Weird part is she kept completely leaving the room and returning, so that was a ding. Besides leaving to get the hot stones I wasn't sure what the constant leaving was about. The oil they use, in combination with the room temp left me feeling very very cold whenever it was applied to my body. The hot stones felt good and was a welcome from the cold "lube-feeling" massage oil. Also, I was told feet would be included in the full body. She barely touched my feet however, especially after I was asked to turn over. I enjoyed the leg stretching part but literally, feet were not touched. They were just neglected. Another major ding for me is them asking me to pay for the service in full upfront BEFORE getting anything done. I thought that was a red flag. False Redemption Rules: I was then falsely told that the Groupon rate was not available for "walk-ins" and that I would have to schedule an appointment at least two weeks in advance.
