I am so happy I found this place, 100% recommended!!!! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Lucy and her team are so professional, welcoming and caring, they truly make you feel that you made the right choice. I had lipo 360 and a BBL performed 10 days ago, I did my first 4 massages in Miami and they never laid me down. All post surgical massages were done standing up which caused my legs to get extremely swollen with fluids and almost impossible to walk. I was scared I was about to get a blood clot. When I came to Lucy, she was so concerned. She laid me down to perform my massages, both facing up and down, and just after the first day I was able to see the difference in my whole body and ESPECIALLY my legs. She really knows what she is doing with your body and guides you through the process, not only physically but also emotionally because this is definitely a rollercoaster of emotions. I purchased her BBL pillow, BEST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT. I was unable to sit on the BBL pillow block the surgeon gave me, it was so hard and uncomfortable. I was also getting tired of sleeping on my stomach. Lucy's pillow has a hole for my buttocks and the cushions allow me to sit or lay down comfortably. I have not found anything alike on the internet. They take your temperature at the door. Everyone wears a mask. They make you take your shoes off at the door and provide socks to walk in. Only 2 clients at a time. By appointments only. They offer water. Super super clean place. I came here for lymphatic drainage massages post op and wow. I have healed quickly thanks to this place. My bruises are gone with only 2 weeks post op. Even my surgeon is impressed. The swelling has decreased a lot as well. They do it all. They will make you look like all the Colombian Barbie dolls in Colombia! Hahaha... She gives great advice on what to eat, drink, etc. she even teaches you how to massage at home. She takes pics every session to show the clients their improvements. I have been going to Luz for a couple of years now whenever I feel my muscles are achy or tight. I started going before she opened up her shop. I initially went to Luz because I knew she had years of experience working at a Doctors office. When I had a pinched nerve/back strain or strained a calf muscle, I had Luz spend time working on the trigger points on my body. She was attentive and educated me on what she was doing and the effects. She is professional yet friendly. This location is tucked away on Sample Rd but you only have to go once to see what a gem of a place it is. It is fitted with many new therapies for healing the body. Communication is terrible. I will preface by saying the technicians were very polite & I have no issue with them. However, after 7 sessions I was still getting new and different information from each person who serviced me. I was told from the beginning that I needed more compression from my garments which is a time sensitive issue that is detrimental to recovery. I inquired about getting my garment adjusted every time I came to the spa and the service was never available to me. I wasn't given any other options for adjusting my garment leaving me feeling hopeless and my healing process has been negatively affected by this. After expressing my concern to the owner that I had asked multiple times and waited weeks for adjustment and still wasn't able to receive this service, it turned into an argument. My only goal was to express my frustration to the owner over the miscommunication & lost time during my healing process. Please communicate more clearly with your customers in a timely manner & it's ok to let us know we have other options. read more

Ok so after my second massage I had to take the time to write a review. My first time was for lymphatic massage and I have to say it was well worth every dollar. I was have neuropathic pain in my hands before going and it's been almost a month and since then I have been able to sleep all night without walking up in pain. Healing hands is what I call Lucy. Every year I get really bad sinus infections that end up with a hospital visit. Well this year Lucy literally cleared me ! I had a sinus infection and called her to get in which she gladly accommodated my busy schedule. I really didn't know what to expect but she was very thorough as usual and warned me that the area may feel a bit bruised the next day and the process may hurt a bit. Well the trigger points were painful because I had a lot of tight muscles in those areas but the process was well worth the relief I started to feel even before she was done. Not only did my sinuses clear but I was able to go back to work the next day and I have not had any pressure headaches (before I could not move my head) , I have not had to take any medications and I have not coughed since. I already scheduled my next medical massage with Lucy. She is such a blessing to me already. I am a cancer survivor and not too keen on medications so her helping hands are adding life to my life. I have had sciatica problems immediately after a "therapeutic" massage. Unfortunately Luz seemed like a very caring and nice person and I feel bad giving her a bad review. But the problem may lie within a instrument used for shock/acupuncture/electrical on the pressure points on the lower back. I am up to at least $1,000 dollars in therapy, chiropractic visits, medicine, physical therapy and yoga lessons to try to appease my pain. I WAS in great shape...3x-4x week at gym- kickboxing, jogging, spin class...well that has stopped for the past 120+ days. I am sure she is great in her other therapies- the legal advice I received was to sue for medical retribution but Karma doesn't allow me to do so. read more
