Overall I had a great experience at Scrubs Express Carwash. The wash itself did a really nice job and my car came out looking clean. My only issue was that the attendants didn't do any pretreatment before sending the car through, which is also usually a good time to remind customers to turn off their auto wipers. Also, a lot of the vacuum spots were occupied, so I had to wait for one to open up since a lot of them were missing vacuum hose. Many of them. Still the wash quality was solid overall. Convenient location with plenty of stations to vacuum and detail your car. They have three arriving lanes to self select different levels of wash. I selected the $30 wash with the special ceramic coat. The staff is friendly and my car was decently clean. The machine failed to completely remove bird feces and dead insects from the hood and front bumper however they have plenty of clean microfiber rags and cleaning supplies and I was able to touch up the areas on my own. We got the most expensive car wash and the soap didn't even come out(we got 3 drops). After we got out of the car wash, our car was still dirty. We went through again, the attendant gave us a "complimentary" wash. More soap came out but the car still isn't clean. The employee said we should just use glass cleaner to wipe the car down with, which defeats the purpose of me driving through a car wash. We won't be back read more

This is a good location for a car wash. Lots of traffic especially during rush hour. I took my car here for a wash. The vacuums are available in the self service area. One vacuum hose fell apart as I was using it. I used the other vacuum and when I was returning the hose to the display, the suction was so strong, my thumb was suctioned and hit the hard part of the display handle. read more

I needed a car wash badly and I googled locations not far from me and found this gem. I pulled up and it was busy, so it had to be good! It was! I paid for my selection using the little kiosk thing, all from the driver's seat. I then was directed onto the track, washed and on my way, all in less than 10 minutes despite the crowd. Scrubs is a local car wash that I visited after not having washed my car in several months. I was desperate for a quick affordable wash and my experience here was great, here is why: - quick and nice service. As you enter the driveway there is line of several cars as this place is busy, but constantly forward moving with great staff at the kiosks and entrance of the washing garage to help direct you. The service was $15 for a decent garage wash, and self service vacuums and microfiber towels and multiple window cleaner bottles were available. - you get what you pay for so it's not like the front of my car was crystal clean, but all around the sides and the rear were nicely cleaned and shiny. the lower front and tires did require a little effort on my part but everything I needed was there to make it happen! - location. The thrill is gone. Scrubs car wash has Re her their bandwidth and are not able to adequately service the capacity of cars that visit this location. In just a matter of 3-4 weeks I have turned away by broken equipment or offset hours that push opening time to later than posted. From what I can tell this is the only car wash in the area and they have reached a point where they have not matched the growth and the development of business. Best car wash and best bang for your buck! I love that there are towels and cleaning sprays after the car wash itself so that you can really get your car clean afterwards. This place has gotten pretty busy though, especially on weekends so expect to wait a while if you come in the later afternoons/evenings. read more

Scrubs has reasonable hours. The attendants are pretty good at coming by to ensure the trash is cleaned out and the towels are replenished. The monthly memberships are fairly priced. There are plenty of self vacuums available. The suction on them are efficient and get your car clean in a timely manner. I've been looking for an express car wash place on the Westside, and found this one on Yelp. Most express car washes aren't t going to "wow" you as they are not designed to do human-like detailing. I will say for the basic wash, which starts at $10, I felt like my car looked pretty darn good! The vacuum bays are clean and they even have a machine that will clean and dry your non-rubber mats for free. Def will come back here. read more

When I am on this side of town, I always come here to get my car washed and clean. They do have staff that make sure the vacuums are suctioning properly, trash taking out and refill of towels. I tried to avoid this review but this is my 5th encounter with TREY!! My only issue is the customer service with TREY!! He makes the company look bad with his rude attitude and disrespectfulness towards customers. Me and my mom and 3 of my friends has canceled our membership with this carwash because of his rudeness and attitude we get from TREY and we see how he treats other customers!! I seen him approach several customers on different occasions and catch attitude with customers for no reason and he has got into altercations with LOTS of customers on the premises and he was trying to fight the customers and this gives the company a bad look. a minute ago New I have been an unlimited wash member for over a year. I recently had to get a new credit card and my last auto payment for my membership was declined. A few days later I went to the car wash hoping to update my card. The lady working there told me that I wouldn't be able to continue my membership at the same price since my card got declined. Mind you it's only been a week since they tried charging my card- if it had been a longer time i would understand. She said there was nothing she could do to give me the same rate as before and was trying to charge me for a new membership that was 50% more than the original one. it's really disappointing that being a loyal member for so long mattered nothing in this situation. I've worked in businesses long enough to know that there is always a way in the backend of the system for the manager to override things like that. it's crazy to me that they would rather lose a long time member instead of just honoring the same rate i've been paying for over a year. read more

Their prices are ok. I got the $20 package. The one under the ceramic shine package. A couple of spots on the roof and at the front bumper were missed. The tire shine didn't even cover all my tires (see image). Now their interior cleaning stations are at a different level. Strong vacuums with different attachments, air hoses, window cleaner, towels and even a mat brushing machine. Its only one way through the stations, so if you go on prime time, take the first empty spot you see. If you just need to clean your interior, this is the place for you. My new car wash home! I really like that this car wash has a set of 2 different thickness vacuum cleaners on each side! The thin one is perfect for those crumbles under your car seat, in between the cup holders, and to get deep in the seats. The thicker one is perfect for the floors and trunk! They were running a promo when I signed up for my unlimited membership and only paid $5 for the first month, $25 after. They have different packages for different needs! They reviewed video footage that confirmed that the mirror came off during the car wash. however, they blamed it on a 'scratch/pre-existing damage'. They were unwilling to make a compromise, not helpful, and wasted our money and time. I've had the most expensive membership they have for the last 3 months. Had a great experience every time until today. Most recently, I was here on Wednesday morning. I have a Ford F150 with a weekend rack on the back. I was in line and the manager refused me service because of my weekend rack. When I told him I've been through numerous times, he stated "not anymore". When I questioned him about it, he said "things have changed." I called and asked to speak to someone above him in the food chain and he said "not gonna happen." They sold me a membership, they've watched my truck go through numerous times and now it's a problem. read more

I love having a membership here. When I bought a new car, I suddenly had the urge to go wash it at least twice a week. At $30 a wash, I would have been crazy not to have subscribed. The wash is exceptional, the vacuums are powerful and free and they provide clean towels for those who want to dry off excess water. I have never had a reason to deal directly with any of the staff apart from smiling and waving to the person directing me into the washer, so, I can't speak to whether their customer service is below par or not. Love this wash! The Upper Westside was in need of an automatic car wash and this fit the bill. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. I've had some issues with the gate reading my plates to use my membership and Brenna is always super helpful to get it resolved. I think the memberships are an incredible value and I am so happy to have this carwash nearby so I can stop by weekly without having to drive out of the way. The free vacuums are an added bonus. Also I appreciate their consciousness of using environmentally friendly cleaners and capturing 70% of their water. I would highly recommend Scrubs for your regular car wash needs. read more
