The food is always great, I've tried multiple dishes over many many visits and everything is consistently delicious. The car washes, however, are hit or miss, at least for me. I've even gotten a $300 detail before where I had to call out several missed areas clearly still dirty and apparently my carpets were left too wet, after a couple days in the Atlanta heat I walked out to see foggy windows and my car smelling like mildew. I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. The service took an hour and a half, and during that time only the exterior of the car was washed. Even then, the car was not dried, leaving water marks. When I spoke with the staff, they were not accommodating or solution-oriented, and despite the incomplete service, I was charged almost the full price for what amounted to a basic exterior wash. This business showed little concern for customer service, quality, or customer retention. Short version: I took my car for a hand wash and wax at Auto Spa Bistro for the first time today, Saturday, June 21, 2025. I left a happy customer. Therefore, I plan to return for my next wash and wax. Will I have the same experience next time? I hope so. Long version: Based on today's experience, I give Auto Spa Bistro a solid four stars. I researched this place before bringing my car here. On both Yelp and Google, reviews are all over the place. On Yelp for example, Auto Spa Bistro currently has a 3.2-star average rating with 162 reviews. Reviews are polarized with mostly 5-star and 1-star reviews. So, I knew I was taking a roll of the dice. Today, I got lucky. This place has been around for a while. The first Yelp review was posted in March 2012. The business has stood the test of time. I've lived in the neighborhood since 2001. This place is often busy on the weekends when the weather is nice. Knowing this, I showed up around 9:15 AM, shortly after they opened (9:00 AM). I pulled my car into the lot and was seen immediately by John and manager Mike. Mike told me that a hand wash and wax (outside only) for my car, a mid-size sedan, was $100. That was consistent with what I saw on Auto Spa Bistro's website for 2025 prices. I agreed to the $100 wash and wax. John worked on my car. The payment process was interesting and consistent (at least, partially) with what I read in reviews. First, John wrote "$50" on one of those paper restaurant "guest checks" and told me to pay inside. Then, he said I could tip when I paid inside or tip later via Apple Pay or Cash App. I asked if he had Google Pay or Venmo and he said no. I agreed to Cash App since I wanted to see the finished product before tipping. Inside is a small bar and lounge. I wouldn't really call it a restaurant, though they do provide sit-down service. You're either at the bar, high-tops, or sitting in lounge seating. They have a lot of TVs. There was only one person working inside at the time of my visit: Nia. She was the bartender/server and took everyone's initial payment at the bar. Kind of funny paying for a car wash at a bar. She printed out two receipts: one went back to her and the other, stamped "paid," went to John. Nia was very nice. I read in some reviews that you're not allowed to sit inside unless you order food or drink. That wasn't the case this morning. Other customers and I sat inside without ordering anything. However, this may have had to do with the time of day and how busy they were. Maybe they restrict inside seating during peak times. I also spent time waiting outside on the patio. You can watch them wash cars from both inside and outside. However, if they're doing more detailed work like waxing, they'll pull your car to the side where it may be out of view. John finished my car in just under an hour. He did a great job. I was impressed with his combination of speed and thoroughness. I'm very particular about my car. I used to detail it myself for many years. I've also had many different detailers work on my car over the years, so I know the commonly-missed and difficult spots. John is up there with the best to have worked on my car. The only spots he missed were certain corners on my wheels. All the other detailers have missed these spots as well. Not a big deal. It's a nitpicky thing. Overall, my car looks fantastic. I want to mention two things I really appreciated about John: 1. He used "black shine" on the bottom molding/trim of my car without me asking. This is something that I used to do myself, but got tired of asking detailers to do (cumbersome). When I walked up to my car and saw that he had done that, I was so happy and taken aback a bit. It showed he has an eye for detail and he's considerate. 2. I had the oldest, crappiest car on the lot: a 2001 Volkswagen with about 305,000 miles on it. If you've driven by this place, you know they wash a lot of fancy cars. Not mine. Other cars during the time of my visit included two Porsches, a Lexus SUV, one of those giant, nice-looking pickup trucks, and a recent-model Corvette. Yeah, my old car was outclassed and stood out like a sore thumb. I say this because John still treated it like the other cars on the lot, with care and priority. I really appreciated it. Another thing I appreciated was after John was done washing my car, he pulled it into the shade to do the wax job. Cars shouldn't be waxed in direct sunlight because the heat causes the wax to dry too quickly. They used carnauba wax, same as me. I was curious how they were going to handle the wax portion and they "passed." Again, as someone who used to do this myself, I appreciated all of this. When it came time to pay the outstanding balance and tip, I was confused. I ended up paying one of the other workers $75 via Cash App (he and John agreed to settle up). So, $50 went to the business inside via credit card and $75 "to John" outside via Cash App (remaining $50 for the service plus $25 tip from me). read more

I wanted to get my car cleaned for the upcoming holiday and decided to swing by to this place near my office. It was my first visit, and I was very pleased and also disappointed at myself that I did not know about this place sooner. Great Customer Service Despite it being only 30 minutes closing time, as soon as I pulled up the gentleman who seems like the car wash superintendent inquired us to what I needed done and informed me of the price and that, even though it was later in the evening, he would make sure he accommodated my vehicle. He informed me of how long it would take and then gave me a ticket to go inside the bistro to pay . That's when I got even more surprised! Inside this little bistro was a really nice lounge type area with a full bar and dining options! They even had options for vegans ! Unfortunately, because of the late hour, the kitchen had already closed, but the lady who was managing the Barr was kind enough to go and ask if they could whip me up some thing anyway, but it was too late. However, I greatly appreciated her kind gesture. My car was immaculate. It was a great job and I will be going there more often. I also will probably stop by just to try out the food because as you can see by the photos, it's kind of a nice little lounge experience in the middle of Midtown . Note the hours are not late. I love how ATL is always thinking outside the box. You're going to have fun no matter what you plan to do for your day. I arrived right after work to get my Baby cleaned w zero expectations. The wash and vacuum package was $44. I went inside the lounge to wait and they had music, a full bar and food. I ordered lemon pepper wings and a Long Island. The wings were ok but pretty tiny for the price and the drink wasn't strong at all ( I hate that). But.....the ambience alone was great. The music was good, the servers were very nice and it beats sitting outside waiting on your ride lol. Only 2 issues: First-There needs to be a better signage on where to go when you pull up. It's very confusing until someone notices you and gives you the hand signal. Second-Do Not, I repeat, Do Jot be in a rush. I came 1pm on a Thursday and still waited for 2 hours. Two weeks ago, I tried this place out & had a good experience. Upon pulling up I asked for a outside only wash seeing that the inside wasn't dirty and I was only charged $29 which I thought was great & they were nice enough to to vacuum the drivers side. It was neat to be able to grab a bite to eat, a lemon drop martini & a shot of Coconut Ciroc while I waited for my car wash to be completed. They didn't take long so, it was perfect errand. However, I drove from Southside to this location this past Sunday after church and asked for the exact same thing and when I was charged...this time I was charged $44 which I was not happy about but, it was really to late because, I did but notice that I was being charged this until AFTER...I was given my receipt to sign the receipt. I went ti talk to the guy who was in charge (I forgot his name) but, he said I could of been charged $22 So as I searched & was looking for my receipt...he told me their prices had went up. I'm like well how much did they go up ! He said $5. Finally I found a picture of my receipt I had uploaded to Fetch and I was charged $29. I let it ride since I had already slide my card but, $44 for a car wash was not my cup of tea so, unfortunately I probably won't be returning . I'm like what do they charge for an SUV...? I know they know HOW to provide excellent service when it comes to detailing cars, they just didn't do it for me on my most recent visit. I'd bought a car from Carvana on 16th Street and dropped it off at Auto Spa Bistro immediately for a full detail to include interior shampoo just because I wanted it to be fresh from the start it wasn't disgusting at all just a stain on one of the seats some crumbs in the crevices of the gauge and the door had a little something on it. When I got back to pick it up the exterior was nice and shiny but inside they literally vacuumed the floor, stains still there, crumbs perfectly placed in the exact same spot and now there's more the handles were all dirty the door had some new stain & it just put a damper on the excitement of buying the car cause I knew I'd have to go take it somewhere else and wait another couple hours to get on the road & enjoy it. I been supporting them for years and I only & always recommend them to everyone so yeah I was disappointed for sure. I paid no complaints & tipped 50 the money doesn't matter I just like good quality service consistently & I got played this time. I got a backup plan at the dealership but it's a little drive that I will have to be making cause I enjoy spending money where I'm getting quality service. Sadly this was my spot too! Damnit! This place is decently priced and super efficient with good results. I came in with a car that was ridiculously dirttyyyy as a result of dirt from an upper parking deck falling onto my vehicle. The dirt was so thick I could barely see through my windshield! The auto spa took me in as soon as I arrived and I was in and out pretty quickly with a sparkling fresh car. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because as a 1st time visitor it's kind of confusing to know where to go. So, I'm not from 'round these parts and I thought it was a joke that food was actually served at a car wash. Boy was I wrong. So, the outside of this building is a typical pull up hand wash car wash (like legit guy standing outside with hose and car washing equipment and materials). When you walk inside to pay for said care wash there is a full service restaurant with bar. The music was on point (R&B, trap, and soul). Televisions adorn the walls which were turned to ESPN. There are not many tables inside but instead, a "club-like" lounge area with super comfy couches with small side tables, a few high-tops, and a bar area. The menu seemed to feature a huge selection of breakfast/brunch items. Or maybe that's what drew my attention and I failed to see much of anything else. I opted for the fried green tomatoes. They were served on a healthy portion of salad greens and dressed in a tangy vinaigrette. The tomatoes were good and tangy. The breading on the tomatoes left me underwhelmed. This would easily be a five star dish/experience if the breading were seasoned and thicker. I would definitely recommend this spot if you are on the fence. I can easily see why people would stop in if getting their car washed or simply to have a bite to eat because they were in the neighborhood. read more

He missed some spots on the inside though. $127 Food: Yes I said food...you can get food and cocktails at this location! I had a waffle it was just ok...but the vibe and music was amazing! They took every boy of 20 to "wash" my car and guess what? It was still dirty. They did not clean the interior nor offer an option to add the service. My car needed some love after a busy weekend, I was planning on stopping for lunch afterwards but realized they had the little restaurant, so I was feeling the omelet and it was perfectly cooked, the waitress was so friendly, and took special care when an elderly couple came in, it was obvious they are regulars, but the whole interaction was so genuine and lovely. My car had a bunch of tree sap from having to park on the street the day before plus I'm doing some rideshare driving , so I knew it would require some extra care, and my car looked spotless inside and out, I was extremely happy with service all around! read more

Only to go inside & pay and have the 1 server...who is serving everyone food & checking people out for the car wash...to tell me that my card was declined. I was quite surprised as she handed my card back & took the next person, only to tell him that his card was declined too. Turns out, their credit card machine was down. So everyone, including patrons already eating their food, were told it was cash $$ only & to use the ATM at the gas station across the street. Then the employee states that this happens often! Smh. I would give zero stars if possible. I took my car to Auto Spa Bistro last Friday at around 11:08 am. They took about 35-40 minutes to clean my car, and halfway through it I heard a loud bang noise, which I didn't care to go check on my car because there is a lot going on in the lot and I didn't think at the time my car could've been involved. At the end of the service it was around noon and there sun was shining right above the car, I did not see anything wrong with the car and so I drove off. When I got back home, I saw this big but shallow dent on the rear spoiler area of the car because of how light enters into my garage, it is not possible to see the dent with the car in full daylight. Plus, there was a big matte spot on the paint next to the dent as if they tried to buff some deep scratch out. (later they tried to tell me this was because of oxidation but the car is just 6mos old) I called the carwash and they asked me to go back there so they could take a look. When I arrived I was approached by two guys who started of by saying they didn't do anything without seeing the dent and without asking around their staff first. There was another person sitting down a few feet away who started yelling "THEY DIDN'T DO THAT HERE, THEY DIDN'T DO THAT HERE" as soon as I got out of the car. I did not feel safe anymore to continue arguing so I sat in my car until I waited for the police to come to file the report. I now am looking at around ~1200$ to fix the damage, plus I had to pay for the service and I even gave a tip to them. At 2:30 I drove in a 2008 Honda w/child in the back seat ( I am not picky & definitely not expecting a miracle for my lil hooptie:-), the attendant tried to sell me on a $200+ detailing package. ;-( I paid $49 int &ext pkg. 40 min later, my car was ready. (Tay) asked me to "check it out," I was attending to child who, felt sick after eating Italian ice. I did NOT thoroughly check the car. I tipped $15. Later, I realized that the ENTIRE front interior was not cleaned. I returned( 7:15) after my pm dog walk w/ MY 2 STANDARD POODLES in my back seat. I had to ask 2x to speak w/ a MGR. The "MGR" told me Tay would get to me after he finished another car. I told MGR I didn't want to wait for a 2nd time in 1 day & prefer a partial/ complete refund. MGR declined my request for a refund, but offered me a FREE wash next time that I return. I was impressed & accepted the offer. I asked for a confirmation of his offer. Mgr gave vague information, NO business card, NO coupon, etc. If he provided any of this, I WOULD NOT be writing THIS REVIEW. He YELLED that he was trying to help me but I am inconveniencing & keeping him from closing duties & that he was not the one who worked on my car. He threatened to" NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING" to rectify he situation since he felt that I was being difficult. I was really taken aback & frightened by his aggression. Tay walked over 3x offering to help but the MGR sent him away. I decided to wait for Tay to finish my car BUT It only got worse with THE MGR SCREAMING that it was my fault due to DOG FUR (It is obvious that he is ignorant of the NON SHEDDING POODLE breed.) He SCREAMED at me for allegedly driving over a hose that was already under my car, while following HIS directions to pull into a space near Tay. I CALLED 911.Tay tried again to help but the MGR YELLED at HIM to go back to the car he was working on. Ironically, I think the owner of that car ( a real Man) told the manager to attend to me first, he obviously has better customer service skills than the manager. After the MALE customer's intervention. The mgr & another employee started cleaning the car.( I removed my Poodles from the car since I understand that not every one likes dogs). It took less than 5 minutes for 2 employees to do the job, AFTER the same MALE customer came to my defense. The MGR NEVER apologized to me, but he obviously backed down from a MALE customer. I cancelled the 911 call & left. A man yelling at a woman is unacceptable! In MY OPINION, mgr felt that he could get away with it Because of my AGE and GENDER. I seriously doubt that he would yell at a male customer! Employees, just like everyone else, make mistakes. A mgr who refuses to take responsibility is a detriment to a reputable business! Shaming your customers for allegedly having "POODLE FUR" in their vehicle, while supporting your detailing/ car wash business is despicable! If only I checked the REVIEWS prior to entering this business, I would not have had such a terrible experience. This is NOT the 1st example of this business providing sub par customer service! I thank the male customer who intervened on my behalf. It is good to know that REAL MEN still EXIST! I will take my $ and business elsewhere. The breakfast was amazing and we received great service inside. The car wash experience was terrible. They charge $150 for detailing, take forever, and do not do the job of a basic cleaning. I was told my car would take an hour and a half to detail and after two hours i was told to come back in 15-20 mins. i came back to find them working on other cars that came after mine and my car just sitting there. The guy said another 30 minutes and was unapologetic and didn't even offer a discount. 30 minutes later, the car was not properly cleaned and had several spots on the hood and windows. read more

Happened to be in the area in need of a car wash so since I've passed this place many times I decided to give it a try. They seem pretty busy so I was anticipating a long wait time to get my car back. Upon pulling up I was greeted by one of the employees asking what I wanted. I explained I wanted a detail inside & out because ants for some reason are attracted to my car & I possibly missed something cleaning it myself so I bring it here to you professionals. He quoted me $225 which includes wax. I typically don't detail my car because the dealership covers it so not sure if this is a normal price, I said that seems a bit much & he dropped it down to $125 without the wax -_- (what kind of wax y'all using) Anyway the concept here is dope, instead of sitting around just waiting for your car you can go instead to eat & drink. They have tvs & wifi in here also. Possibly hookah but I didn't inquire I was outside watching my car. I would feel better if I saw prices of the car wash packages, I would assume I go in the restaurant they would have prices of the food no? Maybe it's just me ¯\_(*_*)_/¯ Definitely check the website before coming I saw something on there for $85 If you read this far then make sure to add me lol The wash itself They have their designated areas, someone washes, someone dries, some vacuums etc. They did a great job inside, outside was so-so. For the amount paid & the time taken I expected it to be spotless, there were still specs of dirt I'm sure could have possibly come off if they soaked it...they had the time. Oh well. Just moved here from The Bay a cpl weeks ago. A friend referred me here. It doesn't disappoint getting my Jeep aka Black Betty cleaned. She just came over cross country and she's hella dirty. The guy advised I need the works including a wax. Plus the inside for $75. Not bad while I'm waiting I went to inside and ordered a drink and wings. Their customer Service is non existent and the so called manager seems like he knew somebody in order to get his job. He was extremely unprofessional and rude not to mention they are inconsistent on their pricing. I have been coming here for years and never paid more than $40 (before tip) came back a week ago and was told it would be $49. Ummmm did your prices change? He told me Yes which was a lie. Horrible experience! From the service inside of the lounge to the actual car wash. I was charged $125 for a interior cleaning and regular wash, online it states $125 for a wash, wax and interior detail. Here's the kicker, as you can see from the pictures attached, interior details include them moving trash in your car from one area to another area INSIDE your car. Also, i noticed some of the workers outside tweaking and shaking, i believe they hire crackheads to clean the cars. Inside the lounge i ordered as soon i sat down and it took the entire 1 hour duration of my car being washed for my food to come out after people that came after me ate first, considered that a scam and asked for the server to take the food back. I also ordered a hookah and the server said she'd light it but wouldn't set up the hookah because she can't inhale the smoke, went to the back and came back saying there wasn't any coals.
