It's rare to see an owner actively inside the facility: sweeping, mopping, cleaning, engaging with customers, and helping wherever needed. All of the staff are just as nice and helpful. I don't wash very well on my own, and they were more than happy to guide me, telling me exactly how much detergent to use and where to put everything without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. They're currently doing upgrades to the laundromat, which shows how much pride they take in the place. They also sell snacks, detergent, & other things needed to wash which is super convenient. I specifically come here to wash my white clothes because my washer at home messes them up, and my whites came out extremely clean. Even better, the entire wash took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this laundromat.

The owners Vanik and Narine were so welcoming and kind and helped me repair my tuxedo and dress shirt that was ripped at a previous event. They took the time to explain to me what the repair entailed and made sure that I understood what could be done. When I came to pick up my clothes, they looked brand new. Every single item was repaired and sewn into its former condition and they cleaned and pressed it perfectly. I couldn't tell a difference from when I first bought it to when I picked it up. When clothes are not ready on time staff will tell you their delivery truck is running behind and it will be ready tomorrow. Then you show up the next day and it's still not there. A couple of times I have had to go back three or four times to get all of my clothes because only certain pieces will be ready at different times even though they gave me a pick up date where everything will be ready.
