I walked back to the hotel with my wife and set about looking for someone local who might be able to see me right away. She called Lee's number, and he picked up (!!) and they set an appointment for me for just one hour later. I drove down to Wells (only a few minutes away) to visit his offices. Lee saw me nearly right away. He set my mind at ease, sanded down my broken tooth very quickly so that it was no longer so sharp, and then let me decide to have him do the full repair, or wait for my guy back in California to do it. I opted to have my local dentist take care of it once I got home (just in case I needed additional care), but I really appreciated Lee's easygoing manner and his concern over ~my~ worries and ~my~ well being instead of the interruption to his schedule. I left there just a few minutes later feeling a whole heckuva lot better. Only a true professional can make you feel this way in so little time. Many thanks. He never tries to push any procedure or test on you but leaves it up to the patient. When my elderly Mom who had a lifetime fear of the dentist arrived at his office she was so nervous but Dr Lee sat with her and quietly explained that everything would be alright and calmed her right down with his gentle manner. He has also worked miracles with my equally dentist-shy husband. Thanks to Dr Lee and Kathy for making my recent root canal experience as easy and stress free as possible. They have a number of dentist and hygienists on the roster, mainly I've worked with Dr. Ghandi and Dr.Harwood. They're both amazing, and don't make you feel like you're less, because of your teeth. I've been working on my teeth for a few years now, so we know each other well at this point. The office is large and clean, and they use the best of the best and are always getting new equipment. They're kind, gentle, and efficient. If you have to sit in the chair for a bit, they'll happily put on Netflix for you! How lovely, and wonderful ! They check on you throughout the procedure to be sure you're comfortable. They even allowed me to pay my account off over time! Not that this is the normal, it's not, I just didn't know my Insurnace had been used up for the year. Anyway, they're amazing! If you're in need of a new dentist, check them out !

Most recently my oldest (19 y/o f) had some fillings done. She is a supreme drama queen and was a bundle of nerves. Dr. Saltz accommodated me holding her hand as well as her lack of willingness to 'open wide' with such grace and not an ounce of frustration. Personally, I'd have hit her with a shoe then administered the Novocain. But, as I was saying, because she was such a wreck, Dr. Saltz called our home at 730 pm to check on her-for a filling! I grew up around dental offices as my mother has always worked in the dental field but after one appointment at this office I now find myself with an anxiety ably visiting the dentist. Here's the thing, there is a sanitary concern for me with the level of clowns in this place. I guarantee they are not being cleaned often.
