Lol now a few days after posting my review the Dr's office says they are terminating their services…read moreto me, w no reason why. They loved my 1st review which was 5 stars in 9/2020. But they don't like the feed back on my 2nd review. That just shows my point, they have no conflict management skills. Just make a better effort to communicate better. And I would have gladly updated once I experienced an improvement. This has never happened to me, but I have already found another PCP and didn't plan on going back. Growth is inevitable, whether they took this opportunity to provide better service in this instance or not. It will happen again to another patient. They can stay comfortable, kicking ppl out that are dissatisfied. But that not how you run an effective business or grow. Whoever is in charge should know this.

He prescribed me azythromycin and recommended Robitussin DM and a couple other things. I haven't finished the azythromycin yet, but I was feeling better in only a few days. My mucus switched back from green to clear in no time. I can sleep again. I'm grateful to Dr. Manuel. On my first visit, he spent much more time with me than any other doctor ever has. He got a clear picture of my family's medical history, from which we discussed my possible risks. He followed up with an emailed order for blood work, and which we had also discussed during the visit. He displayed a genuine concern for my overall well-being. I look forward to him being my physician for years and years to come.

She provides great compassion and understanding as you would want in a doctor. She's so great, that sometimes it's hard to get on her schedule if you don't book in advance. But even when I am being seen by other physicians or nurses, I'm always getting great care and compassion from them. Their lab techs have been the same 2 amazing women that has been their since I started visiting. I truly appreciate their care and compassion as getting labs done are my least favorites. But seeing them always put a smile on my face and make me feel at ease. Another thing that I really appreciate, is their app. Anytime I have questions, want to see my test results, need to set an appointment, or need referrals, I can do so in their app. It's very user friendly and they will get back to me within 24-48 business hours. My health is good because I have a great healthy village with Dr. Gilford and team at Village Medical.

She listened to everything I had concerns about, and then formulated a game plan to move forward. I plan to come back to Dr. Moores office. And I would highly recommend her and her staff. I been with one medical since it was a company benefit of mine when I worked at uber back in 2015 in Phoenix and I'm a loyal devoted fan of this practice. There app alone is absolutely worth it. I can get treatment for UTIs and common colds in less than an hour. No need for urgent care or in person doctors visits. The only reason I been at an office is due to paper work an a weird viral pink eye. My doctor is awesome. He takes his own vitals and does everything meaning none of the repeating everything you just told the MA or Nurse (I'm a nurse myself so I get it) just straight to the point. My doctor remembers everything from the last visit and it's easy to message him if needed. They do labs here as well. I never spent no more than like 5 minutes in the waiting room either. Parking? Don't worry about it, they validate. Just show on up. Yes I know Amazon bought them, but Amazon owns the internet. Might as well enjoy your doctor visits

I'm honestly shocked at how poorly this location is run. I signed up for One Medical expecting a…read moremodern, efficient healthcare experience, but the Upper Kirby clinic is a total mess. First, the punctuality is non-existent--I waited nearly 45 minutes past my appointment time with zero communication from the front desk. Once I finally left, the 'care' stopped immediately. Trying to get a response via the app or a simple follow-up on labs is like shouting into a void; they are quick to bill you but impossible to reach when you actually have a question. It's incredibly frustrating to pay a yearly membership fee just to be treated like an inconvenience. The staff is dismissive, the organization is a disaster, and the 'premium' experience is a complete myth. Save your money and your sanity--go literally anywhere else in Houston.

Located along the SW Fwy in the cross hairs between Greenway and West U, I found my visit with Dr…read more Rios to be super pleasant. He was straight forward, extremely thorough and I found his bedside manner to be comforting and transparent. The onboarding part is where I would say the experience was less ideal, mainly because the staff was not having the best day. I was under the impression that my information had been ported over properly through an online platform, but I was asked to take the time to fill out new patient forms anyway. Upon finishing did they realize that a majority of the information they needed was already in the system, so it felt somewhat defeating to have to do it online and on paper. The facility is a lot nicer than it looks from the outside. There is ample parking and the office lobby / waiting area has a pretty comfortable set of chairs. The way the acoustics is setup meant that I could clearly hear the ladies at the desk mention anything, which included patient info and scheduling. I'm not one to eavesdrop, but it almost too audible. Once my appointment had concluded, the ladies at the desk didn't even bother to help me check-out or even say bye. I didn't bother to schedule a follow up but still give Dr. Rios a thumbs up for making my lone experience a very decent one.

After being checked in by the nurse and giving him my symptoms and history, he asked if I wanted to see the doctor. I was confused because I was there for a doctor's visit. Is it optional to see a doctor? I said yes, I came to see the doctor. I should have asked if that was an extra fee because I was billed extra. Dr. Rios was nice enough, but it appears that his office bills for extra things just to squeeze more money out of the insurance companies and his patients. For anyone reading this review: please ask lots of questions if you decide to visit here. If seeing the doctor is an optional step in a doctor's visit, beware!
