I was not rushed through appointments. I must say that was a first - I was expecting usual doctor slow response time etc. and that was NOT the case here. I could not be happier with the care and time I have been given by the office and by the doctors. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I am and will continue to be a patient.

The worst practice and awful doctor. I called for an appointment in July and they said that the…read morenext available appointment would be in October. I asked to be call if they had a cancellation and suddenly they had an appointment the following week. I saw Dr. Kahn who was absolutely useless. He sat down with his legs up and his arms crossed and said nothing. I had a list of questions and he seemed annoyed answering them. He scheduled a pulmonary function test over one month later. The office called me 2 days before the PFT to confirm the appointment and I did. The following day they canceled me appointment (after waiting over a month) with no explanation whatsoever. They said that they couldn't do the PFT in the office and that I needed to schedule it at the hospital. This practice is awful. The staff and doctors don't care about the patients. I didn't return their voicemail and have no intention of returning to Ocean Pulmonary or seeing Dr. Kahn ever again.

Upon advice of my pulmonologist I underwent an overnight sleep study here. I have to admit that I…read moredon't snore, but I am tired during the day, so I wanted to rule out that I have sleep apnea. My first cause for alarm was how many times they left a voicemail trying to get me to make an appointment. They left 5 messages. I finally called them back. Maybe I shouldn't have. The technician was very attentive. I was impressed that I got my own, watching me all night. But I found it hard to sleep there. The CPAP machine made me feel claustrophobic. I was tempted to walk out. I also didn't appreciate how they employed scare tactics, telling me that I was going to experience severe health problems, such as stroke and heart disease unless I buy their product. Turns out I have a mild case of it. No cause for alarm. It is my impression that they pushed this sleep study on me simply to make money. Once they found out that I have great insurance, they saw green. It cost my insurance $5811. The CPAP was another $650. That's a lot for a minor case of it. Although I didn't have to pay out of pocket, I feel used. I would never do it again.
