For drinks I had the Not so French 76 and it was really tasty. I stuck with that for the night. To start we ordered the Lobster Rolls and the HAMACHI CRUDO. Both were delightful! For dinner we had the WESTHOLME WAGYU CUTS, THE GARDEN SALAD and WAGYU Pasta. They had a live dj and the vibes were pretty chill per usual. Talia was our waitress and she was on it the entire night!

While the space is undeniably beautiful and great for photos, the actual dining experience was deeply underwhelming. The Service: Our waitress was incredibly pretentious and snobby. She actually refused to let us order certain items because she "didn't recommend them" and was completely inflexible regarding simple spirit substitutions in the signature cocktails. The Food: The $75 tableside carbonara was overly salty and lacked any sense of refinement. The lobster roll was even more disappointing--mushy, flavorless, and contained very few actual chunks of lobster. After those dishes, we decided to skip the fish entree entirely. The Value: The "best" part of the meal was the bread, which felt like it should have been a table complimentary, but instead cost $10 for a few slices. For a $300+ bill, you expect quality that matches the price. The Atmosphere: Once you look past the initial "wow" factor, you realize the floral decor is largely fake, which mirrors the feel of the service. We had fun laughing at how ridiculous the situation was, but we won't be returning. My advice: Stop acting like a world-class establishment until the cuisine and service actually justify the attitude.

The wonderful vibe there was only improved by the superb service by Maila our server and Brie, the bartender who served us our wonderful cocktails and hand delivered them with a smile. We ordered 3 appetizers which were generous in size and 2 entrées. Here's what we got: Sticky Lamb Ribs (our favorite appetizer), sushi tots, soy glazed pork belly, shrimp and grits, and crab and calabrian chili bigoli. To drink we selected scent of a Woman, and a pineapple fizz mocktail. For dessert we ordered a strawberry shortcake creme brulee. We were stuffed by the end of the meal and very happy with our experience overall. 5Church Buckhead is a 5 star establishment and gets my two thumbs up as well. Thank you for an outstanding meal and wonderful time for my wife and I celebrating our 18 year anniversary. 5 stars!

A very disappointing experience. If you are considering coming here, definitely reconsider. I've…read morealready written a review on Google, to which the owner replied and lied about when we arrived, which I have proof of on there. I am only writing a review on here because of their dishonest response. I booked my wedding dinner here for 18 people. We were running about half an hour late and let the restaurant know. We thought it would be fine because our reservation slot was for 2.5 hours, which is plenty of time. From the moment we arrived service was extremely slow. Drinks took forever to come and some were forgotten. My friend got a virgin raspberry mojito and it was so sour it was undrinkable. We had asked multiple times for one regular menu to order from and for some simple syrup for the mojito, neither of which we got. We pretty much had one server for our table of 18 people, and he was serving other tables as well. He told us at the start that another server would be helping but she was barely seen. It got to the point where my husband and I had to get up to talk to management. They were apologetic, gave us a bottle of rose, and asked how they can make it better. I told them that things need to be on time not just because we were approaching the end of our reservation but also because we had plans right after. Service was still slow and once we were finished we were still sitting and waiting for the check. We ended up being late to our other plans. Keep in mind this was our wedding day. We had just gotten married and everybody was in a great mood. We were nice and clearly communicated our needs even though service was lacking throughout the whole dinner. I write a review and then a day later they reply to my review, telling lies to try and discredit me. As if the poor service during dinner wasn't enough, their timing and dishonesty reflects their lack of respect for their customers. We spent over $2000 which included a 22% gratuity fee. Such a waste of money. You couldn't pay me to come here again. If you're looking for a restaurant for a wedding, proposal, anniversary, celebration, graduation, reunion, date, large party, or really anything, save yourself the trouble. They just might treat you the way we were treated, and then lie about it to try and make you look bad.

Very clean & vibey spot; the decor is very cute and cozy, they dim the lights after a certain time I'm assuming, loved it. Definitely have to come back and try other items out. Here's what we ordered: * braised short ribs - strong 7/8, i didn't like the veggies as much but flavor wise, very yummy. * honey roasted chicken - oouuu, a very strong 8/9, the sauce was amazing; veggies, everything was sooooo yum. * Caesar salad - strong 7/8 (wish it was more but we did split 1 just to try it out first) * Mac & cheese - the only item we did not like 1 bit. Dry, cold and no flavor :( * sweet & spicy Brussels - strong 8/9, they weren't spicy at all but the sauce was yummy! * drinks - GREAT! Strong 8/9 for both 1) cherry limeaid (no alcohol) 2) obsession (with alcohol) Great experience, Destiny was really great. She went over tonight's specials but we had already make up our minds on what we wanted, very kind and attentive lady.

Soft music and excellent service. The entire staff was so accommodating and the vibes were really good. The food was disheartening to say the least. While the short rib was cooked well the flavors were horrible. The food lacked seasoning and the purple sauce just wasn't it. The other patrons of my party didn't say anything about their food but no one finished and no one asked for a to go box. Also the food came out near room temperature... Parking was slightly difficult and in some lots you have to pay. There's nothing convincing me to come back.

Very…read moresimilar concepts, although I'll say that if Lazy Betty was a five-star experience, Atlas should probably be six, if that were a thing. The courses were bigger, the techniques and ingredients were more inventive, some of the cocktails cost hundreds of dollars due to rare/aged spirits, and the overall experience was more high-end. However, the cost is also greater and it also came across as slightly pretentious, which is great if that's your vibe. For the record, I'd pick Lazy Betty any day of the week. We were there in March so the winter menu was in effect -- unfortunately can't see those offerings online anymore as they have transitioned to the spring menu. The things that stood out to me that I still recall a few months later: 1) I thought I hated beets my entire life until I had whatever they served me, which was pure heaven. I believe it was some kind of beet gazpacho which sounded horrid but thankfully I stretched my limits to try it and am happy I did. 2) I don't care for sweetbreads or duck. Although not advertised as an option, they were able to sub out each of those courses for something else, which I did enjoy (one of them was their take on "green eggs and ham") 3) I got full somewhere in the middle and ended up having to box up the dessert to go, because I thought I was going to puke if I ate one more thing. Like Lazy Betty, service was extraordinary. Our main waitress was attentive without being annoying. I'd disclosed at the time of making the reservation that my bf was celebrating a birthday and each staff member with whom we interacted expressed their well wishes and made it a special experience. Everyone who brought out and explained the dishes did so with pride and gusto. The ambiance was dark/moody and felt more private, especially because they'd given us a large U-shaped corner booth. Things that had nothing to do with the restaurant that affected my overall impression: 1) Atlas is located inside a hotel which is just a pain. Once you enter the hotel, it's not very clear where you are supposed to go to access the restaurant. We accidentally stood in line for a few minutes at whatever was across the hall from the restaurant, thinking that was it. 2) It cost money to valet/park, so we figured we might as well just Uber there and home. The front of the hotel is a cramped disaster. 3) The bathrooms are not inside the restaurant, but are the general ones for the hotel. There was an attendant but nice touches like mouthwash and other amenities were not present. Definitely an experience for a special occasion, and worthy of accolades.

Wonderful dining experience with impeccable service…read more Every course was stunning to look at and even my dad (who has been in the restaurant business for 50+ years and almost always has at least one minor critique) had nothing negative to say. I love how they bring a platter of water garnishes for you to "personalize" your water. I chose lime and mint. So fun and clever! A small detail that really helped elevate this meal. We started out with the snacks which I quite enjoyed. I liked the sculpture-like octopus tentacles! Visually all very appealing. The caviar dish was solid. I love the printed letters in the tomato salad, but didn't love the taste of the salad itself. Sweetbreads were good- very rich, a bit too heavy for me personally, I couldn't finish mine. The salmon was okay, I didn't love the gelatinous texture of the green layer on the top. Quail dish was excellent. And beautiful. Wagyu perfect as well. Love the truffle. I also love how they let you select your knife. I liked hearing the stories behind the curated knife collection. Their attention to detail is truly phenomenal. Popsicle was very cute. We added on a cheese plate- again I really appreciate how they tell you about all the different cheeses and the table side preparation of them. Honeycomb was very fragrant. I didn't like the rose cheese though. It tasted like soap... too fragrant. I liked the strawberry dessert a lot! The rice paper caramel was very nostalgic for me- it reminds me of these rice paper milk candies I would eat as a kid. I wished they told us about their art. Apparently it was all specifically curated and has personal significance to the restaurant... they used to tell you about it, but they neglected to explain any of it during this visit. Overall, an incredible meal! Michelin stars well deserved!

Valet is complimentary which is great and they provide directions for how to get in to the restaurant. The hostess was super nice and our table just needed a few minutes to get cleaned off. Once seated, we settled on a good bottle of Malbec to drink which was delicious. For an appetizer, we got the mussels which were probably some of the best mussels I have ever had using the bread to soak up the sauce was divine. Truly delicious. For the pasta, I got the the tortelli de vitello which was so good. Some of us at the table also tried the shrimp linguine which was delicious and so fresh as well as the chicken parm which was MASSIVE and came with a great side of pasta. We also tried the little pasta shells/ears with sausage and broccolini and it was delish. Truly these dishes were stunning and cannot wait to have it again! To wrap up the dinner, we got some coffees and the tiramisu... Which was delicious and as stunning as everyone says. Overall, this meal was divine. It's a cozy, tucked-away Italian restaurant located in the basement of a senior living facility in Midtown Atlanta, giving it a quaint, intimate vibe. Sacchetti di Formaggio e Tartufi Neri is one of their signature dishes and came highly recommended, so that's what she ordered. I went with the Linguini al Frutta di Mare al "Scampi", and we both started with Caesar salads that were generously portioned and very good. Between the two entrées, I preferred hers, as my shrimp was a bit overcooked. That said, we did dine close to closing, so it may have just been an off night. I'd definitely go back and try something else. It's a great spot for a date night or a family dinner. Valet parking available.
