    Beer Selection

Once of the best breweries in Orange County. It's my go to for great award winning beer options. They have food pop ups or food trucks daily and TVs to watch sporting events.

Service was great...beer fantastic! Opting for a lighter IPA the Wet Hop option was perfect for the weather! It was crushhable! Environment is what breweries use to be like....warm welcoming and all about good tasting beer! Although they dont serve flights they will let you taste whatever you want. Hard part is choosing just one to pint up.

This seems much more like a brewery for locals. The beers were good and I would love to try some of their other brews that weren't on tap at the time. I enjoy stopping into some of the smaller breweries when I travel because you frequently find great beers and great conversations. That was definitely the case when I visited Santa Ana River. Excellent service, great homemade tacos (though they sometimes have BBQ and sushi), and I even picked up a shirt too. Really great experience there.

I was around the area for dinner and as always decided to see what breweries were around. This brewery was one of the highest rated to where I was located and decided to stop by. The gentleman who helped us was really kind and patient and helped us find what we were looking for. I wasn't looking for anything too hoppy for once, and decided to go for something more refreshing. The closest thing to that was the Orange Crate - Blonde ale with orange peel. After a few tasters I settled for this one. In my opinion the beer was too watered down. I came in with the family and and everybody was nice and the place was calm. There was quite a few pinball machines that you have to pay for to play but they did have board games and even a Nintendo Switch.

Great little brewery. They have a different food vendor come everyday. I tried one of their taco vendors and they were delicious. Good selection of beers, very relaxed vibe, 50 cent pinball machines and a clean bathroom. The only thing is that it gets a little warm inside at times but that's a bit out of their control. The workers are all very friendly and attentive.

Excellent micro brewery. You can sample the beers before deciding what you want. All the beers I sampled were excellent. Prices reasonable. The pinball is amazing!! All the games are 50 cents! And they have all my favorites - Godzilla, Jaws, Monster Bash! Also Fish Tales, Star Wars and creature from the black lagoon. Dogs are welcome.

Follow me to a local brewery which I really enjoy recently!! Highlights of the menu: 1. Saigon stout 8.5% 2. Ripped at the river 8.1% 3. Brixley tart with ale with passion fruit and spice 4. Aqua del rio lager 5% Super industrialized and local, I enjoy hanging at the brewery a lot with their beers and IPAs. A lot of guys and couples are hanging here too! Such a cool hidden spot with beer lab equipments that I didn't know before. Besides the draft beers, they have canned beers to store in the fridge for later as well Being a Saigonese, I'm impressed with their Saigon Stout!! Cheers to anyday!!

There was a line out the door just to order drinks, with only two bartenders working. The second-floor bar was closed, so I went up to the third-floor bar and waited in line for almost an hour before eventually giving up. What made it more frustrating was that the bartenders seemed to be serving people crowding around the bar instead of those who had been waiting in line. There really should have been someone managing the line to keep things organized and fair. We arrived about 2.5 hours before the game started and were able to find seating, but by halftime the place felt completely over capacity--to the point where it was difficult to move around. There should have been staff at the entrance monitoring capacity and controlling entry. We ended up leaving at halftime. Honestly, this was the worst experience I've had at a brewery, and after being a longtime customer, I'll probably take a break from coming back for a while.

You order at the bar and the service is quick. The food, however, is underwhelming. Regular fries are not great but the Cajun fries are better. Fries are enough to feed 2-3 people. The chicken tenders on the other hand are very small, and you get more sauce than chicken. The good thing about it is that the food was cheaper during happy hour. I came in with friends and ordered a pitcher along with several shots. The server, a young white male, brought the shots and only one cup of beer. I immediately told him I had ordered a pitcher, but he insisted I never said that -- even though I had already been charged. To avoid arguing, I told him to just bring a pitcher and charge me again respectfully. He refused and told me I would have to go back and wait in line if I wanted one. When I asked to speak with a manager, he said the manager was unavailable. We later noticed him walking around the patio taking pitcher requests from other customers and bringing them directly to their tables without sending them back in line. We politely asked again, and he said "okay," but repeatedly ignored us, walking past our table multiple times. When my friend followed up, he suddenly claimed he couldn't serve us and again told us to get back in line. There was no clear reason for the difference in treatment. Watching others get served while we were repeatedly refused, despite being respectful customers, made the situation feel discriminatory. As Latino customers in a predominantly Latino community, the behavior came across as biased and unacceptable. It's extremely disappointing because I've supported this place for nearly a decade and had never experienced anything like this before. Unfortunately, this interaction completely changed my view of this establishment. I would not recommend coming here if respectful and fair service matters to you.

But I was caught off guard by the lack of music and overall how quiet the whole place was. I went on a Friday and there weren't many people there, which isn't bad just something I had noticed. Very stark comparison to the other breweries in the area, which were much more lively. The beers itself were decent; however, there were no prices posted anywhere on the chalk menu, or the paper menu from what I saw. I ordered 2 drinks, one of which needed to have the keg replaced. When the attendant returned she said they were actually completely out, but the drink I had ordered was a double IPA, and without any prices posted or itemized receipt, I wasn't sure what I was able to get instead. The attendant then tells me "if you get something cheaper, I won't change the price" which confused me. A double IPA is typically more expensive than a regular beer or seltzer and she didn't even offer a refund to compensate for the fact that it was sold out and I had already paid for it. This could have been mitigated if the prices were available or she offered me an itemized receipt. For 2 beers I paid $20 before tipping. As a customer I'd like to be informed of what I'm getting charged for, and if I'm charged for something more and given less, I'd like a partial refund. In the end I got my beers and sat down. The brewery itself doesn't serve food, so it was nice being able to bring my own food and est what I want. Again, up until 30 minutes of being there, no music was playing, so very off putting vibe. Overall, I did not enjoy my experience here and don't recommend anyone coming here when other breweries are in tbe area and much more clear with pricing and have a more lively vibe.

For years, Hangar 24 has been a place where families can gather, enjoy great food and drinks, listen to live music, and allow their children to safely play and have fun. It has created a welcoming environment that appeals to a broad audience, and that family-friendly atmosphere is one of the reasons so many people continue to return. Last night, however, I noticed a significant change that concerned me. Instead of having the live band perform earlier in the evening, a DJ played first and the band performed much later. Many people, including myself, came specifically to enjoy the live band, and the new format seemed confusing to much of the crowd. As I observed throughout the evening, very few people were dancing during the DJ set. Most guests remained seated, looking uncertain about the change. In addition, some of the music selections and volume level felt inappropriate for a venue that attracts so many families with young children. I noticed several children covering their ears, and many parents appeared uncomfortable. From my perspective, Hangar 24's customer base is largely made up of families. Those families purchase food, drinks, and often stay for several hours while their children enjoy the outdoor space. By scheduling the live band later in the evening, many parents are forced to leave before the performance begins because their children are tired or it is simply too late for a family outing. If the goal is to attract a younger nightlife crowd, a better approach might be to have the live band perform earlier in the evening when families are present and then transition to a DJ later at night for guests who prefer that atmosphere. This would allow both audiences to enjoy the venue without alienating the families who have supported Hangar 24 for years. I am sharing this feedback because I genuinely enjoy coming to Hangar 24 and want to see it continue to succeed. I believe many guests share these concerns, and I hope management will carefully consider how these changes may impact the loyal family customer base that has helped make Hangar 24 such a popular destination. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, A Concerned Customer
