Yay for a Four Sons tasting room right on Main St in Huntington Beach!! Went to main this past weekend and stumbled upon Four Sons, which is nicely located on a corner a few blocks from the beach. They have an inviting patio area and it was pretty crowded. We had to try since it was somewhere new! I've had Four Sons before and enjoyed their beer so I was excited to try out this location. They have a variety of different types of beers, I tried 2 of the IPAs, the peach one and the one with the word "pier" in it, I forgot the actual name. Both were good IPAs! I liked the peach one since it was still nice and hoppy with a slight peach flavor to it. Someone I was with tried the boysenberry seltzer, which was refreshing. We didn't order food, but they do have a small menu, stadium nachos (chips with a side of cheese and jalapeños) and a giant pretzel. If we were hungry then I wanted to try the pretzel but we only got drinks. Hopefully I'll get to try it next time!

Just moved into the area by the pier, stopped by for a quick try on their stout Nightmare on Gothard St. Great chocolate aftertaste and easy drinking on a windy day in HB. Great service from Tony, will be back again and also will try the main brewery in the near futur

It was nice to see Four Sons Brewing finally having a presence on Main St. As always, we got the Nightmare Stout. Smooth and quenching on this hot day. Nice corner spot too.

    Horrible service.

Horrible service. This chick literally wouldn't even stop scrolling and look up from her phone while people were talking to her trying to order. So completely rude. We used to love the other location but this one doesn't compare. Beer wasn't even that cold.

    Great vibes

Four sons is a great brewery. I was stoked to find they moved their pacific city location to Main Street. If you are looking for great beer and vibes, this is the spot to be. I highly recommend this location.

    Really good.

Really nice setting.seating right against the street. Pretty nice vibes. Can't remember the name of my ipa but it was really good, number 9 I think. And the left is a sour. I don't remember the number but recommended and pretty good also. Will definitely be back

Small little brewery, decent selection of beers. A little cramped in there if it's crowded but easy for a quick drink.

Fun little brewery off Main Street! Friendly staff and nice patio. Can bring your lunch and enjoy a beer! I got the Sour K and it was great.

You can't count on them being open. They post hours but you might head over there and they'll be closed.

You could put Four Sons on any street and it'd be great :) Consistently good service and beers (duh) no matter what location.

We went on a Wednesday, which is bingo night. I believe Tuesday is trivia night. The outdoor setup is great, especially on a nice evening. Lots of bench-style tables, plenty of room to hang out with friends, and everything felt clean and well kept both inside and outside. They have a good selection of beers with plenty of choices. You can order up front, and occasionally someone will come around to the tables too. Service was good and everyone was friendly. They also had a pizza vendor there making thin, crispy pizzas, which were pretty good and perfect with a beer. I heard Flashpoint recently celebrated their sixth anniversary with a big party. We missed that, but even on a regular Wednesday night the place had a great vibe. Big bonus for me, I was able to ride my bike here from home, which made the night even better. Overall, just a cool, casual brewery with good beers, a nice outdoor area, fun weekly events, and a great atmosphere for hanging out with friends. Definitely recommend it and would come back.

Only downside for this place is the parking, it's all street parking and nearby spots fill quickly leaving options across the main road. Not bad enough to stop me from going back but useful information for anyone with difficulty walking. Beer prices are average and they sell swag.

My only complaint is parking, but I'm lucky enough to have gotten a slot just before giving up. Fantastical Funghi: It's one of those rare moments where you get a pizza that maintains its quality from the first bite to the drive home and the reheating process. My main complaint when eating truffle or heavy mushroom-related food is that the truffle essence rarely lasts longer than the first 2-3 bites. Such a concern is not an issue for this pizza, as I've had this pizza more than once, and the taste generally stays the same regardless of how you eat it. My favorite is the ricotta cheese, you could really feel the difference that it makes every time you get a bite with it. Kokomocha: You love mocha, but you can't find a Porter/Stout that suits your taste. Look no further. I would say the taste ratio is 30% alcohol and 70% mocha. Enough alcohol to know that it will hit down the line, but more than enough mocha to enjoy it as its own. Ambiance: Beautiful. I would love to have lunch here on the weekend. The bar is a good vibe, and the restaurant itself is generally inviting. Warning about the parking, as it's hard to find parking. Service: Good. The staff are nice, and things arrive within a reasonable time.

For food, I ordered the Home Alone Detroit Style by the slice; this is essentially their cheese pizza. I found the slice to lack flavor, especially the crust, and it was not hot upon arrival. I also ordered the new prosciutto pizza slice, which I liked much more. It was loaded with proscuitto, arugala, and parm. I also tried a bite of my husband's Pretty Fly for a White Pie, and we both agreed that the pizza was extremely bland and didn't taste like much of anything. For the beer, I was able to order a flight. I found the beer to be average. My favorite was the Nibbed for Your Pleasure, a very dark and heavy stout. We sat at a hightop table. I recommend strongly against this. The seats (specifically the butt part) is tiny. I was pretty uncomfortable the whole time and should have asked to switch to a low-table (that's on me for not speaking up). Lastly, the parking situation is less than ideal. They have free valet, but I really hate valeting my car. Self-parking is extremely limited. Overall, this place has a cool, skateboarder and surfer vibe, and it's VERY kid-friendly. My son had a blast with the arcade games and we saw several families on a Saturday afternoon with little ones.

My kids immediately want to play on the outdoor climbing structure, so while my husband took them to play I checked in. Our tables were ready. We were given 2 long tables that were back to back. I probably would've preferred they be together but no biggie. I LOVE that Golden Road will do individual checks for however many people in your group! Makes it so easy to meet up with other people! Thank you!!! I was disappointed in the brunch menu. There were only 2 choices, a breakfast bagel sandwich or chilaquiles and no kids breakfast. My husband and I split the breakfast bagel sandwich and it was amazing and huge! It also came with a side of tater tots. The regular menu is available to our kids split the sliders. Mimosas come prepared, meaning you don't get to poor your own OJ into your champagne, they do it for you, so it's more on the OJ side. No Bloody Marys. We brought balloons in, no problem and they kept our cake in the refrigerator. Our server kindly placed the candles and lit them for us. We had a small view of the harbor, our server was attentive and overall we had a great brunch and would return, but probably for lunch or afternoon, not brunch unless they expand their menu.

It has plenty of indoor seating, with even more picnic table/bench style seating outside. I love coming here in the summer when the sun is setting and the warm air starts to settle, peak experience. The service is fast and friendly, whether you're going togo or dining in, they are always great. Whenever I have questions regarding the beer selection, they always have an answer waiting. Speaking of beers, they have plenty of house made brews as well as some local and unique offerings. I tend to gravitate to seltzers or lighter beers and they plenty of choices for me to grab. I love the Lavy Lemonade, Flying South, Like Super Profound, and the New Adventures: Nitro. Their menu does change so please make sure to check what they have avoided when you go. The Like Super Profound was a Japanese beer, light but great taste, and the Nitro was smooth. I don't doubt anything on their menu currently is not worth trying while you're there. The food is also great, the pretzel, and wings hit the spot for me and my girlfriend as an appetizer for a movie while we sat and drank waiting for the start time. The chicken sandwich was hot and crispy, on the smaller side but good nonetheless. The tots, regular or loaded are just chefs kiss, always crispy, must order if you are there.

It's just their food is that great. However, to be honest, the only food items I've had are the classic double smash burger and tater tots (plain or cheeky style). Now beyond the food and drinks, the service is pretty efficient and the staff is welcoming. Combined with a large outdoor space and cozy indoor space, this place has always been cheeky go to after work.
