Naz, who prepared the quote, came out twice to review the project. Ish later returned to take final measurements, and the installation crew arrived as scheduled and completed the work professionally. Naz also coordinated with their roller shades partner, Daryl, to help me add roller shades to the patio cover. There were a few minor issues along the way, and my louvers needed adjustments on two separate occasions. Each time, Alum Works was responsive and never hesitated to send someone out.
