I was informed that by Wednesday, they should have a quart of white paint. I just don't understand being out of white paint. This was my first visit to this tore. I'm very disappointed.

They are not cheap but any issues that arises they always help you with it they also treat you like a customer not a number . We did and a very helpful gal actually walked us over to the area. That was a first. There were not many shoppers when we stopped by mid-day midweek. That was fine with us as we could browse leisurely. As it turns out, this store just added a health and beauty section. I didn't realize the different stores had different stock. We were told that Boca and Aventura have cosmetics, still, as they've always had them. But meanwhile, I was able to find one product there that I'd had to special order online only from another store. So I was happy. We came here to get another digital bathroom scale like the one we'd purchased before. We were lucky in that they had the same brand (even at the same low price). Another successful buy. We walked around the store --even though we had found what we came for -- checking out all the clearance sections. I guess with the reorganization they are getting rid of some old stuff, certain brands, etc. And I figured it didn't hurt to get in some steps for the day. The store is clean and organized by sections. Some things are pricey and something are very well priced. It varies and it helps to know in advance what the average range is; however, the quality of most items seemed better than your usual discount store. We were in the area to go to the Doris' Market in the same plaza. And should we need something similar, we'd combine trips in the future, as well.

This review has nothing to do with her just the product. Then I had to pay $15.33 for a label, I was told it was a "label fee". That's almost 17%, yeah. I guess it cost that much to print a label. Now I have to find a box to fit 18 towels into and take it to a UPS store. I'm just hoping that UPS does not charge me a fee. From now on, I'm sticking with Amazon. They don't charge me anything, I don't need a box as I can just take the product and leave it at the designated place. Super simple.

The store is packed with inventory. The husband and wife make a very good team with friendly service. We were greeted immediately upon entering. We explained what we were looking for and she directed us to her husband (I'm assuming) who was able to show us where to find what we were seeking. He even made a couple recommendations and explained why the bits come two to a package (because they break). We didn't select the first item he'd suggested, but it was easy to find an alternative at a less expensive price -- as we didn't need the color/higher quality of the first choice. We paid at the front of the store. The price was quite reasonable and comparable to the bigger stores. And left happy that we came and found what he'd needed.
