This clinic has the potential to really help those with PTSD and severe depression but they have yet to get their systems in place. There is no compassion from the disengaged " office manager" who will not speak directly to you, text only, no human connection at all. Your are constantly waiting for someone to get back to you, often drop the ball and there appears to be poor communication between office person and medical staff. There are continual changes to patient appointments without any reason given and no consideration for other people's schedules. They require you have a driver when you leave but constantly change things around and cause scheduling problems that could have been avoid. Initially they stated that ideally you should have a certain amount of sessions per week but with constant cancellations it doesn't work out to be that at all. Extremely unprofessional approach and disappointing in what could have be an amazingly healing experience but instead is rendered angst producing and stressful effecting the therapeutic value of a costly undertaking. read more

Dr. Gollub is personal and his office is nice, but in chatting about his own personal life, I should not be penalized in my own time and money. Dr Gollub told me he had four patients waiting after me. There appeared to be no one in the exam rooms or the waiting room as I left. It was however noon and perhaps his lunch time. While I won't say that the other clinics were bad, Dr. Hatch, Dr. Horner and Ms. O'Leary (massage therapist) are miracle workers in comparison. With a few sessions under my belt and several more to go, I'm already in less pain. For the first time in ages, I have some hope knowing that I am headed in the right direction. It is wonderful to be welcomed by the bright and smiling Emily, especially on days when I'm in pain. If you've been to other clinics with mixed results, I think you will find that CorePhysio's approach is something special.
