This place is just all right. The service was really good though. We had a very nice server. There is no bar. Drinks are likely from a mix (at least the margarita tasted like it was from a mix). I got the Pollo Asado. My chicken was a little overcooked though my husband's chicken was cooked just right. We ordered wings to start. They had good flavor, but were cold. So the manager (who was really nice and understanding) warmed them up and took it off our bill for the inconvenience. The black beans were really good. The lady who sat us was super pleasant. I guess I've been spoiled by the great local Mexican restaurant near home. The food here was very lacking in flavor and presentation. I got the combination beef burrito, chicken quesadilla and spanish rice. The quesadilla was just a single tortilla wrap with a few pieces of chicken and cheese. The burrito was lathered in tomato sauce and cheese. Everything lacked flavor including the rice. Ingredients were minimal to make this dish stand out. read more

Great food, large menu with some interesting dishes, large portions, reasonably priced, fantastic service, open later than most places in the area (10pm, kitchen closes 9:30). I don't like to bash locally owned restaurants and usually also like to give them the benefit of the doubt if one meal isn't to our liking, but all 5 dishes we ordered were terrible. They were so bad that we didn't have the heart to even say anything to them. Our mostly full plates when we asked for the check should have tipped them off but no one seemed to notice. The only bright spot of the meal were the lime margaritas. They couldn't even make nachos correctly, with unseasoned hamburger meat hidden underneath chips on one side and stringy chicken on the other. Sadly that same chicken was in the chimichangas. My fajitas were dry and rubbery strips. Not even sure it was chicken? The rice and refried beans tasted like they were prepackaged and definitely weren't "authentic". (Nothing was authentic.) The carne asada was overcooked and like shoe leather. The Enchiladas and the chori polo were both bland. Food/drinks came out quickly and the server was great, except for not realizing we didn't eat much. We still tipped 20% on our $140 bill. Servers should never be penalized for crappy food. If you've read this far, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

This was our second time here. First visit was exceptional this visit was ok. My wife got a quesadilla which was burnt on one side and inedible.
