Very honest folks and hardworking. It's been a family business for several decades. I would definitely recommend them to tourist visiting Santa Fe and needing souvenirs.

I've always had good experiences with the staff there (except for this last visit), but at the end of the day they're selling cheap products and not standing by them when they disentegrate after a few uses. This was our last pair of Merrels.
