Their dryers are pretty good, but they get super hot, and they just need to keep up with the maintenance on the dryers. Dryers are 6 minutes per quarter. Owners are there from 9am to 5pm. I went to load money on my card, the machine did not give a receipt so I went to ask the person working there who she stated her name was Christina when I told her the problem she tried to act like I was dumb for asking, One of the issues I had before was that even though I had supposedly loaded the money from my debit card and it said that it loaded when I got to the machine it said there was insufficient funds on the card the owner was there and asked for the receipt I presented it and he fixed the problem however today when I loaded the card there no receipt came out. When I asked the attendant she said I didn't need the receipt that all I had to do was place the card on the machine and it would tell me how much was on the card. Being a customer here for over two years I already knew how the system worked she said I had an attitude!! For asking about a receipt??? really?? I told her no it's you that has an attitude. When she walked over to the machine and realized there was no paper in the machine she said that it wasn't her problem. She was rude and her and the other female attendant smirked and called me a dumb and fat not sure what my weight has to do with anything what it boils down too is that her generation has no work ethic manners or respect. We spend 40 dollars we normally spend 20 dollars at our old Washateria so we put out clothes in the small washers and the blankets in the big washers. After we put the clothes in washer we could tell something was off the water wasent moving fast the clothes came out really wet and when we put them in the dryer they didn't even dry we kept putting quarters in to keep on drying but they didn't ! It was dirty mangment left half way while we were there. Clothes were left there by mangment on the wall. Our clothes came out stinky and smelling like there were burnt while being wet !!! Never coming back again spent 40 dollars just to come home and wash it again
