There was a small leak after replacement & they (ToG) wasted no time in getting me back in to remedy it. They didn't hesitate to replace it AGAIN to make sure it was done right. While I was there, someone came in to get an estimate on replacing a windshield & the price quoted was VERY reasonable. If I ever need to have window work again, I'll DEFINITELY come here FIRST. I had a long day, work from 5 am to 6 pm, and was rushing out the door to the car at 4 am to make the 45 min drive to work. When I was getting on the freeway on-ramp, a car cut me off, and when I slammed on my brakes, my breakfast went everywhere. It was 4 something in the morning, and I had to get to work on time, so I just had to leave it. It quickly began to smell bad. I spent an hour on my break cleaning up the mess and couldn't get it all out. I searched yelp for car detail places, and when I saw the pictures, Finest Car Detail had fantastic looking pictures. I called, and a woman answered the phone. She did not have any appointments until Tuesday, it was Friday, so I went ahead and made an appointment. On Tuesday, I dropped the car with them around 8:30 am, and we spoke about prices and what exactly I wanted to be done. They called me around 11 am to let me know that the car was ready. When I met them, the car smelled wonderful, looked amazing, and had no trace of my mess left. I would highly recommend them; they have great customer service, excellent attention to detail, and take great care with their work. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I dropped my car off at 11:30 am. I live a hour and a half away from Santa Fe. It's now 7:30 pm. My car is unfished in the back windshield. It was getting so late that they asked me to keep my car overnight. I told them no, I don't live in Santa Fe. I said forget about the back windshield I will need a refund for that. I paid a couple hours into my appointment online. They did give me a refund which I do appreciate. I am disappointed because when I went to go pick up my car, the guy working on it said he never done my car model. I was livid after hearing that. I wish that was expressed to me before booking my appointment. Would not recommend.
