I was helped immediately with no wait time. The service was efficient and quick. The nice gentleman there, Albert helped me. He explained to me they would also check my car fluids, tires and make sure my car will be in good safe condition for my trip. Before working on anything else, Albert explained to me that my front brakes were at 10% so I had him fix that as well. I did not feel overwhelmed like I have before w other mechanics. Albert and his team are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They had my car up and running in a reasonable amount of time. Hard to trust mechanics these days however, you can definitely trust Albert and his team to deliver 100% work on all car maintenance. It's a family owned business so you know these guys aren't here to up-sale you on services you don't need unlike other auto maintenance places you know you'll be getting ripped off. I certainly did not feel that way about Albert's Auto transmission. They provided great experience and I will be bringing my car back for future maintenance. They over torque wheels making them have uneven clamp wear causing uneven wear on the breaks, my…read morewife drives for work and when I inspected the breaks they had uneven wear, i had my wife ask them to use a torque stick they told her for me to use wd/40 sad a tire shop telling a customer to use a water displacement instead of doing your job correctly and using torque sticks, guess you pay for what you get. there is a reason on why they use torque specs, what if the client was an old man thinking he can try and get a lug nut off. not cool to hammer on a lug nut with an air gun USE A TORQUE STICK.. not coming here again or recommend it
