Been coming here for years bringing in over 20+ cars but quality has declined and while I know im overpaying I do so to help the community I grew up in but this is unacceptable I essentially paid $300 to have an exhuast leak added to my car. No this work was not done by a newbie it was done by Paul himself. I do blame myself for trusting this shop and not checking before the car was put back down but when youre paying hundreds of dollars to have 1 foot of pipe welded in you'd think you'd get top notch service. read more

Dean took care of me and my friend right on the spot! No scheduling and no waiting, just honest and straight up! Then Dean did something that really amazed me, he allowed me to see his welds asked for my opinion and made sure my pipes where aligned and square! I've been going to muffler shops they never get my quad pipes straight, Dean got them cleaner then OEM! I had multiple oil leaks coming from my Cadillac ATS. I was able to repair my own vacuum pump but Poll and Automotive Center 1 and Muffler King and his crew repaired the oil pump and valve cover leaks. They were fast, his up front estimate was spot on and even honored it after there was an additional gasket he discovered was needed. He was able to source genuine oem parts and the car was repaired within one day. Poll even texted me a couple of days later to make sure the repairs and car were still good,which is a sign of a genuinely good, honest shop. I highly recommend! read more

I brought my truck for an exhaust delete straight pipe. The work done on my truck was done properly in a timely manner and I had a modified pipe installed for a side exhaust exit. Truck sounds nice and aggressive now nothing too crazy it sounds just right when I accelerate..when I slow down or stop it's not like it's not there. Had taken my car to get a muffler delete. Charged me a little 250$ but the work was horrendous. I had to take my car to another muffler shop because of how poor the welding was. They made their own "y-pipe" with so many different pipes and sizes to save money. I wish I had taken photos of the work that they did because it was by the far the worst welding I've seen. Some Mickey Mouse work by these guys. I don't recommend these guys whatsoever. read more

Went in yesterday with some aftermarket mufflers and wanted them installed on my car. They were a little too big for what I needed so was planning on returning them and getting some smaller ones and coming back at a later date. But before I left, they asked me if I knew what I actually wanted from this mod. Told them exactly what I was looking for and instead of them trying to sell me another muffler or wasting my time getting mufflers on my own, they gave me suggestions based on their knowledge of how things work. I ended up taking their advise and am happy with the outcome. My car sounds more aggressive but not annoyingly loud. They saved me money and time! read more

Catalytic Convertor Protector to Prevent Theft My 4 catalytic converters were stolen from my Ford F150 Pickup. After they were replaced I had Muffler King put a cage of bars around the converters that were welded to the frame, so they were protected-at least it would be harder to steal them and would take much longer so the theives would likely go not steal them and go to another vehicle. Theft of the converters is a big business not for the criminals. Thank goodness I had comprehensive coverage as repairs were over $6000 but I only had to pay the $250 deductible. Muffler King was a GOOD price and fast and cost me only another $300. read more

First off Paul quoted me a reasonable price compared to my local muffler shop. So I made my way there and he kept to his quote after the job was done. I had a carven 3 inch TR muffler installed on my GMC Yukon. After the job was done it was great. Sounded great and just a flawless installation. However, the reason why I rated him 4 stars was due to me coming back. Usually I see the installer perform a leak check, these guys didn't and I drove off, giving them the benefit of the doubt it was good. When I got home, I did the leak heck myself wit soap and water and found a small leak on the top weld that they made. So I had to drive back here and get it redone. This could have easily been prevented if they performed a leak check after the installation. But all in all, I like the price and hopeful information. read more

Came in for a muffler swap and had the new muffler in hand. Was in and out in less than an hour and the guy that helped me out(didn't get his name) was quiet and serious but really nice. When I received the car back, there was problems with the AC, trunk and other things that were PERFECTLY fine with the car before I gave it to them. Not recommended. I was overcharged, a part that is only $3. I had to pay $49.00. He kept holding back my car. The car has a host of problems after he gave it back to me. The owner is rude, talks down to women (he says he cannot explain certain terms because I "wouldn't understand" is too...hmm...mechanical). Wow!! I am about to take my car to be inspected, see if indeed the engine I bought for the car, is the one installed. I could go on and on!
