Every time there is a problem Mr Jones has always been quick to solve it whether it's been a requested item or a damaged product or you need help learning how to use a piece.. sometimes products can come damaged in packaging so we like to tell our customers to try them in shop so we can exchange it if it is. If you're lucky enough to catch the owner and say hi, he'll most likely give you a discount on your purchase which are already the best prices in town (my opinion).
