The only people who park here are convention attendees who can write off the $30 daily fee as a business expense, or people visiting the Tech museum, who are charged $5. Hence the place was empty at 6pm Wednesday.

Even if this incident is considered a fluke, the reality is that I am still the one left dealing with the loss. It was disappointing to see that there does not appear to be a better system in place to monitor belongings when one person exits the van to retrieve luggage before another rider. That gap in procedure leaves customers vulnerable. Lost and found reported that an empty blue suitcase was turned in, so not much to be done anymore. Ultimately this is again my loss to suffer, I paid money for a service that cost me more than if I would have just parked at the airport to be honest. Not only did he refuse to open the gate, though I entered not by choice and it was only seconds ago, but he also simply hung up on me all of a sudden, in the middle of me talking. I had to call this person again to ask him who his supervisor was, only to hear that he himself was, and he hung up again. The way he treated with me was both unreasonable and lack of basic respect. Therefore, I'm using the remaining hour to write about this experience.
