Terrible, non-existent communication from Calibridalfilm. We did not get what we paid for at all -…read morethe quality of their work was horrible. They did not follow the shot list we provided and we ended up with more photos of airplanes in the sky than of our actual wedding party and events. The male photographer was an absolute nightmare, making my entire bridal party cry, putting his hands on my blind grandmother, and refusing to listen to any of our requests, and ignoring all of us when we explicitly stated not to touch medical equipment. He not only moved my blind nana's mobility device but he moved my mother in laws walker out of her reach. He made me cry six different times throughout the day and I kept saying this is a nightmare. Calibridalfilm completely ruined our wedding day and the photos they provided are awful and nothing like what we paid for. No one in our wedding party liked working with this photographer, and he even told me to act like I was with my brother instead of my husband. I would not recommend Calibridalfilm to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. What makes it worse is that my friend used them a few weekends after we did and they have absolutely wonderful photos and wrote a stunning review. Update: I attached photos from my "official" look book from the company I have been told to make sure I did not fabricate anything I can't show you the pictures they did not take that were on my list, but I can post what I was given. Also, my blind grandma and mother in law whose medical equipment was moved can attest to the removal of their equipment. I did not write feelings I wrote facts. Also the photographer who wrote back a reply was not on the premises for my wedding. Their statement of looking through raw footage and not seeing me cry once is false, because I have the photos too and I can post them of me crying due to the male photographer making me cry by saying rude things and not being easy to work with.

I was in a wedding for a friend that Stacee was shooting mere months before I proposed to my wife. And I was amazed with her and her assistant. They were a mix of everything you want: funny, good at what they do, and not just calm and collected but helpful beyond what could ever be expected. But what really got me was the way I saw her connect with my friend and his wife, I knew she was passionate about her work. So when it came time for my own wedding, there was no doubt: Stacee. And we couldn't be happier. Our engagement shoot was a fun jaunt through downtown LA and when we got the photos, we couldn't help but feel that sure enough- it captured who we are. For the wedding we threw a curve at Stacee. We not only wanted the reception and ceremony, but we were planning a little tour of LA in between, and wanted to see if she could capture the day at some of the iconic spots that have come to define our lives together in LA. And Stacee was up for the challenge. The most amazing photos came about as a result of that tour of LA, and it made us proud of our day, and happy for the way we showed off the city we love to our friends and family. Stacee captured that in a most beautiful way. So here's what you need to know: 1. She's damn good. Google her, look at the blog. Tell me I'm wrong. 2. What you can't see on the blog is this: She's one of the most amazing people we've had the chance to work with. Her personality is such that she took care of us before our wildest imagination and she handled the various politics from family to whatever else in incredible ways. 3. She's committed to her work. She was easy to communicate with. She was fast on the response. I can't say enough. So if you're looking for a photographer, think about Stacee. I for one think it's one thing to get great photos (which she can do- look at how she plays with light!) but your photographer is the vendor you'll spend the most time with- make sure it's someone you actually want to hang out with! Sarah is just genuinely nice and so easy to talk to. It's very awkward for most people to have their photos taken but she made us feel comfortable and natural giving us direction since we had no idea what we were doing. Sarah put together a timeline for us and it helped so much. She basically ran the entire day for us, keeping us on track. We didn't have a wedding planner just because of our budget but it would have been too many cooks in the kitchen because Sarah helped everything run smoothly that day. I have four little kids and his patience for our family needs was a great help. We had a beautiful beach photo shoot and my kids were constantly distracted by the waves, rocks, birds, etc. I thought we wouldn't be able to have a productive photo shoot but Nick took the most beautiful candid picture of them looking out to the ocean or exploring the rocky beach. I never would have expected these beautiful, natural, and spontaneous pictures to come from my kids. Nick is truly talented! Also, his talent shows, consistently, over a broad spectrum of scenarios and he executes his photography while hardly being noticed.
