These guys are chumps. Bought a pouch of tobacco I regularly buy, and it was bad. Smelled funky and very much like pipe tobacco. Called and told them if they can swap it out. The dude said if it's opened, no return or exchange. Not sure how to decipher that; but you can't smell tobacco or see it through the pouch. One way road here; they'll take your money and if it's a bad product, tough luck. Your LOSS not there's. By the reviews on here and google; they're not going to last very long. Stand behind the products you sell and at least hear your customers out. My $17 loss is nothing compared to the multiples of losses you guys are going to incur from these reviews. I recently found out that my UNDERAGE cousin and her UNDERAGE friends have been buying Puff Bars from this place, because "they don't check ID" ??? I was already frustrated by the fact that this shop sold to my 17 yo cousin and her friend, but i was even more pissed when i found out that they are selling them FAKE Puff Bars. I purchased a verified Grape Puff Bar from 711 and compared it to the one bought from Santee Tobacco Shop. The fake had no flavor (besides straight chemicals), the color of the pen was completely off, the color of the packaging was off and it's missing the Kado logo. Went in to the smoke shop like I usually do 2-3 times a week.. spend a lot of money here and know the owner and son very well. We normally buy vape products juices mods coils EVERYTHING. Well we wanted to try juuls, so we go in buy the whole kit and some pods. We asked for non menthol watermelon And the son assured us what he gave us was NON MENTHOL WATERMELON. So we put it In and it tastes a little minty.. so we keep hitting to seee if it goes awaY. NOPE. It's menthol. So we take it back in hoping to exchange the one we used with NON MENTHOL. NOPE the son gave attitude told us he'd call the police if we didn't leave the store all Kinds of drama. Just went to a new smoke shop where the owner told us a pod would fit but it didn't.. took it back in asked him to exchange it since it was his mess up, like the sons above, and guess what, HE EXCHANGED IT. Odd that I wasn't able to find a check-in for this place. So I dropped by the other day to check it out. It's a little misleading from the outside; looks almost like it's a liquor store. Once you enter there is a small humidor filled with what I would consider lesser quality cigars and a more than reasonable mark up. The rest of the store is filled with 'tobacco' pipes, hookah, and pipe tobacco hanging on a shelf. Mmmm...I thinks I'll keep looking. read more
