Darrell, the owner, and his worker Nate were fantastic from start to finish. We originally noticed a bump in the bathroom floor that turned out to be a moisture issue. A mitigation company came in to remove the damaged flooring and toilet and dry everything out. After that, we started collecting quotes from contractors--and chose Darrell because he was by far the most straightforward and transparent. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave us a fair quote, and didn't sugarcoat anything. Once we agreed to move forward, Darrell even handled communication with our insurance company and got the project covered. That alone was a huge help. The work itself turned out great. Darrell and Nate installed new subflooring, laminate that we picked out, and new baseboards. After the job was done, we did notice a couple of minor issues--one with the baseboard seal and another with the threshold transition that my wife wasn't happy with. Darrell came back out promptly and made sure both were addressed to our satisfaction. I've included some photos of the bathroom after mitigation and the finished result--the difference speaks for itself. Great company, easy to work with, and reliable. We're already considering another bathroom remodel, and we'll absolutely be going with Darrell again.

We made some big changes to our second story deck, so it took some time for a structural engineer to get plans in place but, the final product was well worth the wait. This is a disappointing review to write because I was initially really happy with them, and the…read moreexperience went downhill pretty quick. We used GM for both siding and exterior paint, at first they were extremely communicative, friendly, and the siding project itself seemed to go fine other than a few mishaps. With the siding, we loved how it looked but the work crew lacked professionalism. They left nails all over our yard, ripped bushes out of the ground on a carefully lined walkway, and pulled our front bushes down so aggressively they've never come back up and will have to be ripped out. The nails were a huge concern because we have a dog, and had we run one over with a mower that could have been dangerous for us as well. Months later we are still finding them. The contractors did compensate us for the bush they trampled. On to the paint. The painting contractors were awful from start to (never really) finished. They were unprofessional, left things in our trees and bushes, left garbage around our house and yard, trampled the bushes we had just replaced from the contractors (we weren't reimbursed this time), moved our fence post to a crooked location that we can't fix. Beyond that, we had a dark gray color with white trim, if you've ever painted over a dark color with white you know you have to have MANY coats to not have seep through of the darker color. For some reason, they painted all of it the dark color and then went over the trim with white, so in many areas you can see the bleed through of the gray. It looks tacky and like we DIY'd it. Additionally, we asked for the garage to be painted white and they painted it dark gray like the house.. when we asked them to fix it, they didn't open it to paint so as soon as we opened the garage it cracked on the bending panel and the insulation came out. I got in contact with the contractors right away and Kara said she would send someone out. She didn't, and that was now almost 3 months ago and they've completely ghosted us with a broken garage. They've also left their porta potty in front of our house this entire time (3 months and counting). Our neighbors across the street also hired them for siding and paint and they've also completely ghosted them for the paint. We initially would have recommended them but they ended up screwing us over so I'd go anywhere else.

We have a metal barn roof with probably 10,000+ screws holding it down. It has been leaking for a…read morefew years. The team at Leak Seal replaced the screws with larger ones to stop the leaks. We had a few leaks after the screw replacements, which I thought would occur with thousands of replacements, and they came back and took care of them. Kyle checked 100% of the replaced screws and fixed any underperforming ones. It was a pleasure to work with a company where workers take pride in their work. Communication was mostly with Jordan he did a great job too.

I had a roof and exterior project with this company. Long story short, faulty roof install,…read morespecifically around the flashing of the chimney that the owner never fixed or paid for. Leaks observed in the following winter season after install that were never repaired or resolved. Even though it was under warranty in the contract. We also had issues with their exterior painting subcontractor who was very hostile towards our concerns of painting in the winter (cold temps and rain- we wanted to wait until spring. We insisted which drove him into a fit). The bigger issue was with the roof leak however and after contacting the Viktor the owner he offered to pay for the repairs (We had to hire another roofing company to come and fix, and also hire a mold mitigation company to remove mold). He never paid after over many months of notice. These problems are often resolved in legal mitigation with a contractors bonding company, however we discovered he had been recently sued by someone else for over $16k which drained their bond. Thankfully the other roofing company did a solid job of fixing the leak issues and mold mitigation company also did a perfect job removing mold so there is happy ending to the roof. However, do your homework on Washington labor and industries website https://secure.lni.wa.gov/ before hiring this company, or for any contractor for that matter. As of now their license is suspended, but yet they still advertise. Be careful out there!

I hired Viktor with Provision Remodeling to hang new cement board siding on my home and remove the…read moredrywall infested LP siding which was failing and original to our home. We went through him for exterior paint as well, which he insisted on using Sherwin Williams for, as they are considered the best quality. In the process of having our home looked over to see what projects we could afford to do, we had an unpleasant surprise in finding out the previous home owners...who replaced the roof themselves...laid the roof shingles incorrectly and therefore we had swelling and imminent failure. I received quotes from four exterior siding companies, as well as six roofing companies. I could have gone with two separate companies but Viktor won my business for two reasons. He was competitive with the siding and roofing companies I was seriously considering and he was very communicative. He answered so many questions. We have never had major home repairs done. We both had family and friends pepper us with horror stories of companies giving them a reasonable price and then tacking on thousands in charges at the end. I probably drove him a little nutty with all my concerns before we agreed to sign the contract. Then, after we signed, we added on work we hadn't realized needed to be done as well. For one, I thought the rubber trim wood around garage doors was part of the siding. It is not. Ours was in need of replacement. Our exterior outlets were outdated and out of code, as they were original to the house...twenty-five years ago. We asked for our bathroom exhaust fans to be replaced, which were accessed via the attic and that led to finding out our master bath vent was never even hooked up...just a fan box buried in insulation. That answered why we kept having motors burn out every two to three years. There was trim replacement which was unplanned for as well. There were a couple of delays, but Viktor was always responsive and reassuring when those happened and the work was not only done but done so well I've had multiple people, in the neighborhood, comment on the quality of the final job. His employees are friendly and patient with my curious George mind...asking about every little thing, as I just never stop asking how things work. He even went above and beyond. I ordered a new sliding patio door from a door company he works with all the time and when they were not communicative, Viktor followed up with them to find out what was going on. The additional charges for the work added after contract signing was very reasonable. I am fully confident in my recommendation of Viktor and his team. They are perfectionists, professional, patient, communicative, and friendly. I am very happy I chose to give Provision Remodeling my business and would do so again.
