We have a metal barn roof with probably 10,000+ screws holding it down. It has been leaking for a few years. The team at Leak Seal replaced the screws with larger ones to stop the leaks. We had a few leaks after the screw replacements, which I thought would occur with thousands of replacements, and they came back and took care of them. Kyle checked 100% of the replaced screws and fixed any underperforming ones. It was a pleasure to work with a company where workers take pride in their work. They came out a gave us a bid....They told it would be half down and the rest when they finished....Over the phone they told us the amount to send up front...I sent them the money and as scheduled, they replaced the roof and sent us an invoice for the remaining balance....I promptly paid that.... Two later months out of the blue we get another invoice saying we owe $330.00 dollars more for sales tax and Vikki, I guess their book keeper had a hand written message on the invoice saying the amount. was being sent to collections...I will of course will send the additional money....I am Livid...She made the original mistake not including the sales tax, doesn't say a word to use for 2 months and now is being an ass about it.... I called and was called back then given a window in which someone was going to come and look at my roof. After the allotted time had passed. I called to inquire whether or not I had wasted my time waiting. Turns out I did, and I was the one calling to find out no one was coming. Although someone did offer to come AFTER I had called; it did not remedy the poor customer service. read more

Worst experience ever. After waiting a month and a half with 4 separate occasions where they said they we're coming out to fix the roof and never did, we gave up! Even talked to the owner who failed to come out today, new years Eve. We are beyond disappointed. To top it all off Carla their receptionist, is the rudest. She has no custimer service skills. Even hung up on me when i asked when we were scheduled to have our roof repaired. She says she doesnt know their schedules and has her own frustrations with the company. We got a quote before thanksgiving to get our roof fixed, and now its the new year, with our roof still leaking. we are very upset they strung us along all this time. read more

Rich from Leak Seal was great to work with. I reached out to four different roofing companies and Leak Seal was the only place to follow through with everything we needed. Our new roof turned out amazing! I would have given them five stars but they left my property messy and did not clean up as well as expected. Communication with Reese in the front office was always pleasant and positive. The installers were professional and work appears great. The issue came when I received a call from Vicki in Billing. She is fully aware that many of her emails end up in spam folders (where we found ours). We had called prior to ask when we'd receive our bill. We were told "Vicki will send it out". We were getting ready to call back when I got a call from her today. To make a long story short - I ended the call with her abruptly due to her rude, insulting tone. Even after I explained our multiple attempts to get our invoice. And this was her first phone call to us! It was beyond rude and insulting. I cannot fully recommend Leak Seal after this interaction. I spoke with the general manager who was apologetic but unfortunately the damage was done. Be aware of this staff issue before you sign a contract with them. We worked with Rich at Leak Seal, and they did a fantastic job! They were very quick to follow through with any questions or concerns that we had. My only complaint is that they left our property a bit messy, but I'm still giving them 5 stars, as they came out right away and followed through with cleaning up and repairing damage. This company is by far one of the best contractors I've used. Everyone was very professional. They showed up when they said they would. The crew was friendly and polite. We had a few issues because of the high winds that were present during install, but they went above and beyond to make sure they were corrected in a timely manner. The roof on my house needed to be replaced completely. The previous owners had already patched too many times. Paul did the bid and was great and informative and not too pitchy (I HATE when they're skeezy salesmen). Everything went exactly how he said the process would go. The work crew was efficient and wasted no time and did a great job cleaning up. It was a crew of 3 guys and it took them two days from start to finish. I know some crews can do it in a day but those crews usually have at least five guys and five trucks hanging out at your house and taking up your street for ten hours straight. I much appreciated the smaller crew and less traffic more. You get what you pay for and these guys are definitely worth the extra dollar. read more

Recently I had the original problem resurface and I had leaking in the rear area of my home. We had many roof quotes on one of our commercial flat roof properties last year, and leak seal came in with a competitive price, great customer service, and a great 10 year warranty. They can also reseal the roof again in the future with less product and an even more competitive price. I'd heard to be weary of roof coating systems such as silicone, and some other products. But after a quick search online fiberglass and asphalt emulsion is a 20 year product. What was nice was meeting the owner Ray at the job site the day the work was done. We haven't had any water issues yet the next year. We also had them come back for some additional flashing work. Even with some small hiccups with the estimate, the company worked fast and ready to fix. I really appreciate all the communication and service from Ray, Paul, Adam, and the front office.
