I recently joined the Kenmore team because I was tired of being a property manager. I brought them…read morea completely remodeled property. Everything was freshly painted inside and out. When I walked through it with them, we discussed how they would be a little move in cleaning cleaning, since everything was brand new. I expected that agreement to be honored When I got the cleaning bill, I was dismayed. I was charge for full cleaning as if it was a move in disaster. WhenI inquired they told me three cleaning staff had to mop the newly painted already mopped floor five or six times. That is a complete fabrication or they were milking the job. I had a witness with me before they cleaned and took pictures so I disputed this claim. Kenmore operations refuses to do any kind of dispute, resolution, even though we discussed the lower cleaning rate, New customers might want to check out the dispute resolution process as so far my emails are ignored by the operations manager, with no response after disputing for two months. My issue is basic principle. I do not like it when people take it advantage of me or not honoring agreements. I am keeping my eyes open as this is my first experience with Kenmore Team. I have had to work with the operations team on Appliance Repair, and we have had a modicum of success there. I am just I'm unhappy about the lack of dispute resolution and complete lack of communication regarding my concern. I guess I'm just supposed to suck it up when they thrust bills on me that I don't agree with.

They suck at communication and they will do anything to try and keep your deposit. Then they will charge you for stuff that didn't need to be charged. (Like cleaning Fees after you've had professional cleaner come in and clean the place before you moved out). They kept my $2500 deposit and then charged me $2000 dollars on top of that for cleaning and repairs. House was in the same condition as when we first moved in. Then when I tried to dispute it they didn't ever respond to me by phone or mail, but claimed that they did. Then sent the charges to collection. Will be getting an attorney and taking them to small claims court.

It took tries at a couple different programs available to him but he never gave up and finally found a solution that worked. Although the septic works, there was drainage problem. Anyhow, this delayed the sale of the house another several months, (I had to kick the tenants out) because he wanted to find a bid to connect the septic to the city sewer. He told me it'll be $4500, but it was $17,500. Finally, I found a cash buyer on the house for much lower, just so I wouldn't foreclose on this house.

I ended up rescuing a puppy and failed to mention it to management, the neighbor was a creep and has cameras facing directly at my home, unfortunately because they were on his property there was nothing to be done but that neighbor took pictures of every move we made and reported it to crown. Long story short, crown found out about the puppy and i wasn't able to find a new home for her so they told us to write a letter that we are leaving or they would evict us. We are no longer able to rent another home from crown property management. I would not recommend this management company nor do I recommend Robin or Luis.
