AMAZINGLY SALTY. But if you like salt, you should go! I've been to Santorini's three times now, ordering different things each time, hoping to find something I could eat -- everything's too salty. That said, the food and the concept are great -- lots of toppings for your gyro or salad, things you don't usually see, like asparagus -- the selection of protein is also stellar -- there's a lot of upside if you're not sodium-sensitive. I had very little expectation when I came to this location, while I do love Greek food I expect this place to be just like every other Greek location. I was wrong. This place is absolutely delicious. The freshness and customization of Chipotle meets the deliciousness of the Greek Cuisine. It's light, it's fresh, and it is so so so good. For those of us who love fries, they have an amazing selection of the fried goodness of loaded French fries. I highly recommend this restaurant. I hope they grow enough to get locations all over the world! So I can have one closer to home. read more

I got takeout from Santorinis Greek Grill and it is a solid American Greek/mediterranean choice. I got a falafel gyro and then hummus and pita. I really loved the hummus. The falafel was a little crumbly and crunchy throughout for my liking. Next time I would definitely get it stuffed with fries! The rice tastes microwave/packaged. At the very least at a Greek restaurant, I want authentic rice. The meat is sliced very thick and is dry. Tzikiki sauce meh. Hummus looked and tasted like baba ganoush. Maybe they gave me the wrong item? On the plus side, the Italian was delicious. The cucumbers, etc, were fresh. We finally have a good Greek food option in Bountiful!! We have ordered from their Farmington location multiple times in the past so we were excited to see they opened one here. Food is consistently delicious. Lots of protein, sauce and toppings options to choose from. Portions are large. The pitas are massive!! LOTS of sauce. We prefer the sauce on the side and usually when we request it on the side it comes that way. I recommend checking your food before leaving if you order takeout tho as my order wasn't quite right today. They smothered our orders with sauce and then threw side sauces in the bag as well. I love that they aren't stingy with their delicious variety of sauces but we like to have control over how much goes on the meal. read more

We have eaten there three times in the past 2 weeks and we were really developing a taste for their traditional gyros. The pita bread was tasty and meat portion generous. HOWEVER, they recently changed the meat apportionment from 6 ounces to only 4. $9 for only 4 ounces? Not worth it. They should reduce the size of the pita bread because the meat looks pitifully small. There are other gyro options that taste as good and are a better value. read more

We love Santorinis. They are a very welcome new addition to the very limited food scene in Bountiful. We stop in a couple of times a month for a quick to-go order of lemon chicken rice bowls. I would describe Santorinis as the Cafe Rio of Greek food. The annoying assembly line process does take a couple of visits to get a sense of the rhythm. Unlike Cafe Rio, the food is actually really good. It is a fast fresh take on Greek. We both like the rice bowls with lemon chicken. We top it with all the fresh veggies and we get a side of tzatziki so we can use as much or as little as we like. We also can't resist the house fries. I am a half-breed Greek, but I know good Greek food. This isn't the place where you expect to see a yia-yia in the back cooking up her famous moussaka. In fact, the dolmades are mini and served cold here. Again, you can expect Cafe Rio level of authenticity. If you need something more authentic, Bountiful Greek might be a better option. If you crave a quick fresh alternative with some good flavor, I highly recommend giving Santorinis a try. Two of us with our rice bowls and an order of fries to split leave with a bill well under $30. read more

I used to love this place! But I'm not sure what's happened. The quality of the food has just gone downhill and the last two times I've been there I've maybe had three bites and can't finish it. They pile the toppings on almost too heavily. And I always ask for "a little bit" but it's so dang loud in there that they can't hear me. The food it great ! The music was way too loud, I couldn't hear. The menu was difficult to understand & located in the wrong place, or you need a second menu board, when you go to order. The staff was not very friendly or helpful, they were rude. The staff was not wearing gloves, & the hand sanitizer near the front door was completely empty. You should keep extra paper menus, in the area where you order. My party of 6 people were confused ‍, when they ordered & everyone else before & after us was confused ‍ about the food order directions. And the staff seemed indifferent, & not willing to explain the menu. read more

I ate here on a roadtrip a few weeks ago. The food was great! Definitely nice to find some Greek food where I wasn't expecting it :) If you want a flavorful, light, inexpensive meal this is a great place! Very positive experience. We had Falafel in Pita bread with Tzatziki and Roasted Pepper Sauce which had a nice spice. Falafel flavor was very authentic. Reminded us of the food we have eaten in Israel, Greece, and Germany. We loved and will come back again! read more

Presentation A+ that's where I fell off. I ordered the classic Gyro. From the cooking of the pita fresh to the fancy wrap I was excited to try this $12.50 sandwich. First off, the pita is oiled so it almost tasted lightly fried instead of just having nice toast marks on the pita this created an off putting taste. The gyro meat was marginal not as good as some of the Greek places in Salt Lake or their competitor in Bountiful, the portion of meat seemed small for the cost and size of the wrap. The balance of cucumbers, feta, kalamata olives, red onions and sauce seemed off. Way too much cucumber and it was swimming in Tzatziki sauce and also seemed to have an excessive amount of lemon squeezed on it. Having grown up for over 50 years with many prominent members of the old Greek community in Salt Lake, I know Greek food well and this was a take on it that was too expensive and over the top for a traditional wrap. This was a first visit that left an impression that it's probably my last. With so many great choices for Greek especially in Salt Lake I can't see much interest in a budget busting mediocre wrap. read more
